牡蠣污染耐藥性細菌調(diào)查及整合子檢測

【摘要】:目的對水產(chǎn)品牡蠣污染耐藥性細菌進行調(diào)查,并檢測其攜帶整合子類型,為細菌耐藥機制研究提供依據(jù)。方法利用抗性培養(yǎng)基平板篩選牡蠣標(biāo)本中的耐藥性細菌,用K-B法進行藥敏試驗,PCR法擴增Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型整合酶基因。結(jié)果 34份牡蠣標(biāo)本分離出76株耐藥株,其中超過90%的分離菌對四環(huán)素、氨芐西林耐藥,諾氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、復(fù)方新諾明、環(huán)丙沙星、頭孢唑啉和氯霉素耐藥50%,有2株對耐亞胺培南細菌。整合酶基因檢測結(jié)果顯示80.26%耐藥細菌攜帶Ⅰ型整合子,其中6株同時攜帶Ⅱ型整合子,未檢測到Ⅲ型整合子。所有攜帶整合子的耐藥細菌是多重耐藥,不攜帶整合子耐藥細菌中多重耐藥占60%。結(jié)論牡蠣污染細菌的耐藥性嚴重,且多重耐藥與攜帶整合子有關(guān),攜帶整合子細菌更易產(chǎn)生多重耐藥,提示整合子可作為食品分離菌的耐藥性檢測靶標(biāo)。
