靜坐行為與青年職業(yè)人群睡眠質(zhì)量的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的了解青年職業(yè)人群靜坐行為與睡眠質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,為促進(jìn)該人群的睡眠健康提供依據(jù)。方法選取在合肥市某三甲醫(yī)院進(jìn)行健康體檢的20~45歲的青年職業(yè)人群2 514人為研究對(duì)象。靜坐行為分為工作靜坐和業(yè)余靜坐,并采集各自的靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)。睡眠評(píng)價(jià)包括睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)和自評(píng)睡眠質(zhì)量。結(jié)果不同工作靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)或業(yè)余靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)分組的睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)分布差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同工作靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行組間比較,睡眠質(zhì)量分布差異亦無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與業(yè)余靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)短者(2 h/d)相比,業(yè)余靜坐時(shí)長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)者(≥51h/d)是睡眠質(zhì)量差的危險(xiǎn)因素(調(diào)整后OR值:1.798;95%CI:1.078~2.998)。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)時(shí)間業(yè)余靜坐行為是青年職業(yè)人群睡眠質(zhì)量差的危險(xiǎn)因素,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)此類人群的體育鍛煉,減少靜坐的持續(xù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)。
