2014-2016年廣州市流感流行特征分析

【摘要】:目的比較廣州市2014-2016年流感監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),分析其流感流行特征,為流感防控政策的制定提供依據(jù)。方法采用多重實(shí)時(shí)熒光PCR(Real-time PCR)對標(biāo)本進(jìn)行流感病毒核酸檢測,用Excel 2010建立數(shù)據(jù)庫與繪圖分析,用SPSS16.0軟件作統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2014-2016年共采集標(biāo)本10 743份,流感病毒核酸陽性率為12.1%。2014與2015年呈雙峰流行,流行時(shí)間在春夏季,2014年為新甲型H1N1型和H3型流感流行,2015年為B型和H3型流感流行,2016年呈單峰流行,流行時(shí)間為夏季,為新甲型H1N1型流感流行。不同年齡組的流感病毒核酸陽性率以及各型別的流感病毒核酸陽性率的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,不同性別的流感病毒核酸陽性率以及各型別的流感病毒核酸陽性率的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論廣州市流感高峰期出現(xiàn)在春夏季,1年有1次或2次流行高峰,呈不同流感型別交替流行。流感病毒的感染情況有年齡差異而無性別差異。每年10-12月是最佳的疫苗接種時(shí)間,嬰幼兒和老年人為疫苗接種的重點(diǎn)對象,加強(qiáng)中小學(xué)生疫苗接種工作,有利于流感的防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the influenza surveillance data from 2014 to 2016 in Guangzhou and analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza in order to provide evidence for the formulation of influenza prevention and control policy. Methods the influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by multiplex real-time fluorescence PCR (Real-time PCR). The database was established by Excel 2010, and the statistical analysis was made by SPSS16.0 software. Results A total of 10 743 specimens were collected from 2014-2016. The positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid was 12.1. the influenza virus nucleic acid positive rate was 12.1. the epidemic time was in spring and summer, the new influenza A / H1N1 and H3 were prevalent in 2014, the influenza B and H3 were epidemic in 2015, and in 2016, there was a single peak epidemic. The epidemic time is summer, is the new type A H1N1 influenza epidemic. The positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid and the positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid in different age groups were significantly different. There was no significant difference in the nucleic acid positive rate of influenza virus and the nucleic acid positive rate between different types of influenza virus. Conclusion the peak period of influenza in Guangzhou is in spring and summer, and there are one or two epidemic peaks in a year. The infection of influenza virus varies in age but not in sex. October to December each year is the best vaccination time, infants and the elderly as the focus of vaccination, strengthen the primary and secondary school students vaccination work, is conducive to the prevention and control of influenza.
