【摘要】：目的通過對社區(qū)居家不出老年人5年后的隨訪觀察,明確居家不出老年人在一定時間內(nèi)日常生活能力(ADL)、外出狀況等方面的變化。方法采用隨訪研究方法,于2010年12月至2011年6月對2006年調(diào)查中已確定為居家不出的275位老年人進行調(diào)研,調(diào)研工具為自行設(shè)計的一般狀況調(diào)查表、居家不出轉(zhuǎn)歸調(diào)查表、ADL量表等。結(jié)果 1實際隨訪189人,男性67人,女性122人,平均年齡(77±7.4)歲,失訪人數(shù)86人(含已故81例,失去聯(lián)系5例),追蹤率為68.7%;25年后社區(qū)居家不出老年人外出狀況惡化的占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)的55%;好轉(zhuǎn)的僅占45%;3ADL平均得分和生活完全獨立的人數(shù)及比例均下降,兩次調(diào)查的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論居家不出老年人自然轉(zhuǎn)歸較差,ADL、外出狀況等隨時間變化而惡化,應(yīng)該對該人群居家不出狀況予以積極管理與干預(yù),以促使居家不出狀態(tài)向好的方向轉(zhuǎn)歸。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of the ability of daily living (ADL),) of the elderly at home after 5 years' follow-up. Methods A follow-up study was conducted between December 2010 and June 2011 to investigate 275 elderly people who had been identified as having no home in the 2006 survey. The survey tool was a self-designed general status questionnaire. At home, not out of the outcome questionnaire, ADL scale, and so on. Five cases lost contact), the follow-up rate was 68.7%; 55 of the total number of people surveyed who were unable to get out of the home in the community after 25 years; and only 45% of the total number of people who had improved, the average score of ADL and the number and proportion of completely independent living decreased. The difference between the two surveys was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion the natural outcome of the elderly is worse than that of the old people at home, and the condition of ADL, going out is deteriorating with time. It is necessary to actively manage and intervene the situation of the elderly in order to promote the change of the situation of the family without leaving the home to a good direction.
