【摘要】：目的研究低溫等離子體活化水的殺菌效果及相關性能。方法采用懸液定量殺(抑)菌試驗方法,對某低溫等離子體設備產(chǎn)生的活化水殺菌效果及其穩(wěn)定性進行研究。結果每次制備水體25 ml激發(fā)運行時間30 min,其活化水對金黃色葡萄球菌作用20 min,對大腸桿菌作用5 min,對銅綠假單胞菌作用1 min,殺滅對數(shù)值均5.0。低溫等離子體制水時間越長、制水量越小,其活化水殺菌力增強,且不宜儲存,宜現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)用。結論該低溫等離子體活化水具有一定殺菌能力,但其殺菌效果受制水條件影響明顯,適宜現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the germicidal efficacy and related properties of low temperature plasma activated water. Methods suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used to study the germicidal efficacy and stability of activated water produced by a low temperature plasma equipment. Results the exposure time of water for 25 ml was 30 min,. The exposure of activated water to Staphylococcus aureus for 20 min, to Escherichia coli for 5 min, to Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to 1 min, killed all the logarithmic values. The longer the water time of low temperature plasma system, the smaller the water preparation, the more bactericidal activity of activated water is, and it is not suitable for storage, so it is suitable for current production. Conclusion the low temperature plasma activated water has certain bactericidal ability, but its germicidal effect is obviously affected by the water condition, so it is suitable for current production.
