【摘要】：目的了解內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾地區(qū)蒙族、鄂溫克族、漢族小學(xué)生的血脂水平,為建立少數(shù)民族地區(qū)小學(xué)生血脂水平的參考區(qū)間提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣方法,于2009—2011年抽取呼倫貝爾市民族小學(xué)和牙克石市建設(shè)小學(xué)8~14歲小學(xué)生1 723名,應(yīng)用OLYMPUS公司生產(chǎn)的AU5421全自動(dòng)生化分析儀檢測(cè)空腹血清膽固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、載脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、載脂蛋白B(APOB)水平。取TC及LDL-C第75及第90百分位點(diǎn)作為臨界脂蛋白水平及高脂蛋白濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),取TG第90百分位點(diǎn)作為高三酰甘油血癥濃度,取第5百分位點(diǎn)作為HDL-C的參考區(qū)間下限,取APOA1,APOB的95%可信區(qū)間建立呼倫貝爾地區(qū)3個(gè)民族小學(xué)生血脂正常參考區(qū)間。結(jié)果漢族除LDL-C與鄂溫克族差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.575,P0.05)外,其他5項(xiàng)血脂水平(TC,TG,HDL-C,APOA1,APOB)與蒙古族和鄂溫克族差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t/F值分別為20.256,85.047,15.604,310.143,39.947,P值均0.01);蒙古族和鄂溫克族除TC,TG差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為0.491,0.643,P值均0.05)外,其他4項(xiàng)血脂水平差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為2.911,2.548,5.161,3.417,P值均0.01);蒙古族、漢族男、女生組除TC外,其他項(xiàng)目血脂水平(TC,TG,HDL,APOA1)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t蒙古值分別為4.619,3.690,3.527,4.409,4.130,t漢值分別為4.856,2.607,2.035,2.967,2.525,P值均0.01),鄂溫克族男、女除LDL-C、APOB以外,其他4項(xiàng)血脂水平差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為3.741,4.230,2.106,2.136,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論調(diào)查建立了蒙、鄂、漢3個(gè)民族小學(xué)生血脂各自的參考區(qū)間,可為兒童心血管疾病的早期預(yù)防工作提供基礎(chǔ)資料。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the blood lipid level of Mongolian, Ewenki and Han pupils in Hulunbeir area, Inner Mongolia, and to provide reference basis for establishing reference range of lipid level of primary school students in minority areas. Methods using cluster sampling method, 1 723 primary school students aged 814 years old in Hulunbeir ethnic primary school and Yakeshi construction primary school were selected from 2009 to 2011. The fasting serum (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1) and apolipoprotein B (APOB) were measured by AU5421 automatic biochemical analyzer made by OLYMPUS. The 75 and 90 percentiles of TC and LDL-C were taken as the critical lipoprotein level and high lipoprotein concentration standard, the 90th percentile of TG as the hypertriglyceridemia concentration, and the 5th percentile as the lower limit of the reference range of HDL-C. The 95% confidence interval of APOA1,APOB was used to establish the normal reference interval of serum lipids in three ethnic pupils in Hulunbeir area. Results there was no significant difference between LDL-C and Ewenki in Han nationality (P 0.05). The other five items of blood lipid level (TC,TG,HDL-C,APOA1,APOB) were significantly different from those of Mongolian and Ewenki (t / F = 20.256U 85.047N 15.604310.143n 39.947 P, respectively), but there was no significant difference between Mongolian nationality and Ewenki nationality except TC,TG (t = 0.4910.643P, P = 0.4910.643P, respectively). There were significant differences in the other four items of serum lipids (t = 2.9111.548, 5.161and 3.417P, respectively), except for the Mongolian, Han nationality boys and girls, except TC. There were significant differences in blood lipid level (TC,TG,HDL,APOA1) between other items (t Mongolia was 4.619 3.690, 3.527, 4.409, 4.130, P = 4.856, 2.6072.035, 2.96775, 2.525, P, respectively), and there were significant differences between Ewenki men and women except LDL-C,APOB (t = 3.741, 4.2302.106, 2.136P, respectively). Conclusion the investigation has established the reference interval of serum lipids in primary school students of Mongolian, Hubei and Han nationalities, which can provide basic data for early prevention of cardiovascular diseases in children.
