油田作業(yè)人員職業(yè)緊張因素、工作能力與緊張反應(yīng)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:[目的]研究新疆干旱沙漠油田作業(yè)人員工作中存在的職業(yè)緊張因素、工作能力及其與緊張反應(yīng)的關(guān)系。[方法]采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法抽取油田作業(yè)人員共1 425名為研究對(duì)象,平均年齡(37.69±7.68)歲。利用工作緊張因素、工作能力指數(shù)和職業(yè)緊張量表調(diào)查油田作業(yè)人員的職業(yè)緊張因素、工作能力和緊張反應(yīng)水平;采用方差分析和卡方檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行組間比較,用多元線性回歸分析評(píng)價(jià)緊張反應(yīng)的影響因素。[結(jié)果]輸油工參與、合作的可能性及工作組織問(wèn)題的得分均較高(P0.05),煉化工合作的可能性得分高于采油工和其他工種(P0.05),采油工的時(shí)間壓力得分高于其他工種(P0.05)。任務(wù)界限、責(zé)任、個(gè)體緊張反應(yīng)、業(yè)務(wù)緊張反應(yīng)、人際關(guān)系緊張、休閑和自我保健的得分,輸油工均高于煉化工和其他工種(P0.05)。不同工種油田作業(yè)人員的工作能力得分和分級(jí)均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。職業(yè)緊張因素中的任務(wù)控制、工作組織問(wèn)題、環(huán)境緊張因素、任務(wù)過(guò)重、責(zé)任和工作環(huán)境,以及應(yīng)對(duì)資源中的休閑為緊張反應(yīng)的主要影響因素(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]任務(wù)控制等職業(yè)緊張因素對(duì)油田作業(yè)人員的緊張反應(yīng)有影響。改善工作中存在的相關(guān)職業(yè)緊張因素,并增加娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)等休閑內(nèi)容,可減少油田作業(yè)人員的緊張反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the occupational stress factors, working ability and their relationship with stress response in Xinjiang arid desert oil field. [methods] A total of 1 425 oilfield operators were selected by cluster random sampling with an average age of (37.69 鹵7.68) years. The factors of occupational stress, working ability and stress reaction level of oilfield operators were investigated by using the work stress factor, work ability index and occupational stress scale, and the analysis of variance and chi-square test were used to compare the two groups. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the influencing factors of stress response. [results] the scores of cooperation possibility and work organization were higher (P0.05), the possibility score of chemical industry cooperation was higher than that of oil producer and other kinds of work (P0.05), the time pressure score of oil producer was higher than that of other kinds of work (P0.05). The scores of task boundary responsibility individual stress reaction business stress interpersonal tension leisure and self-care were higher than those of chemical industry and other types of work (P0.05). There was no significant difference in work ability score and classification among different types of oil field operators (P0.05). Task control, work organization problem, environmental stress factor, task overload, responsibility and work environment, and coping with leisure in resources were the main influencing factors of stress response (P0.05). Conclusion the occupational stress factors such as task control have an effect on the stress response of oil field operators. Improving the factors of occupational tension and increasing leisure content such as recreational activities can reduce the stress response of oilfield operators.
