【摘要】：目的:慢性丙型肝炎通常為隱匿感染,容易進(jìn)展至肝硬化、肝癌,最終危及生命,目前我國對醫(yī)院患者及醫(yī)務(wù)工作者感染丙肝流行狀況較少,故調(diào)查住院病人、醫(yī)務(wù)人員患病率、感染特點(diǎn)及分析兩者感染相關(guān)性,對預(yù)防院內(nèi)交叉感染、控制感染進(jìn)展有重要意義。方法:回顧性收集我院2014年住院病人丙肝血清學(xué)篩查結(jié)果和進(jìn)行我院2015年全院參加體檢職工丙肝血清學(xué)指標(biāo)檢測,然后分析高�；颊呒案呶？剖裔t(yī)務(wù)人員之間是否存在一定相關(guān)性,使用卡方檢驗對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:在參與篩查人數(shù)30627住院患者中丙肝抗體陽性率為0.95%,男性高于女性,內(nèi)科高于外科,基因分型主要為3型,治療率不高;在全院職工調(diào)查當(dāng)中,參與篩查人數(shù)1942人,其中抗HCV陽性率0.15%。結(jié)論:我院住院患者丙肝病毒患病率與全國總體水平相似,醫(yī)務(wù)人員患病率不高,我院住院患者丙肝感染患者無明顯聚集與爆發(fā),醫(yī)務(wù)人員在操作流程可安心工作,不必過度擔(dān)心被感染風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective: chronic hepatitis C is usually concealed infection, easy to progress to liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and ultimately life-threatening. At present, the prevalence of hepatitis C infection among hospital patients and medical workers in China is relatively low, so the inpatients were investigated. The prevalence rate, infection characteristics and the correlation between the two infections are of great significance for the prevention of nosocomial cross infection and the control of infection progression. Methods: the results of serum screening for hepatitis C in inpatients in our hospital in 2014 were collected retrospectively, and the serum levels of hepatitis C in the staff of our hospital in 2015 were detected. Then the correlation between high-risk patients and high-risk department medical staff was analyzed by chi-square test. Results: the positive rate of HCV antibody was 0.95in the 30627 inpatients who participated in the screening, male was higher than female, internal medicine was higher than surgery, genotyping was mainly type 3, treatment rate was not high. The positive rate of anti HCV was 0. 15%. Conclusion: the prevalence rate of hepatitis C virus in inpatients in our hospital is similar to that in the whole country, the prevalence rate of medical staff is not high, there is no obvious aggregation and outbreak of hepatitis C infection in inpatients in our hospital, and the medical staff can work safely in the operation process. Don't worry too much about the risk of infection.
