【摘要】：目的:了解全國(guó)流動(dòng)人口產(chǎn)婦分娩住院流向及其影響因素,為相關(guān)政策的制定提供參考依據(jù)。方法:利用單因素分析和二元logistic回歸分析法對(duì)2014年國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委全國(guó)流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:年齡、民族、受教育程度、住房來源、基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)類型以及流動(dòng)類型和流動(dòng)時(shí)間對(duì)流動(dòng)人口分娩住院地點(diǎn)選擇有影響;戶口性質(zhì)、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和流動(dòng)因素對(duì)流動(dòng)人口分娩住院機(jī)構(gòu)級(jí)別選擇有影響。結(jié)論:基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)類型影響流動(dòng)人口分娩住院地點(diǎn)的選擇,但不影響住院機(jī)構(gòu)級(jí)別,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素影響流動(dòng)人口分娩住院機(jī)構(gòu)級(jí)別的選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: To understand the flow direction of maternal delivery and its influencing factors in China, and to provide a reference for the formulation of relevant policies. Methods: Single factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the dynamic surveillance data of the floating population of the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2014. Source of housing, type of basic medical insurance, type of migration and time of migration have an impact on the choice of hospital location for delivery; household registration, social and economic factors and flow factors have an impact on the choice of hospital level for delivery. Without affecting the level of inpatient institutions, socioeconomic factors affect the choice of inpatient institutions in floating population.
