無線發(fā)射機(jī)輻射致熱效果的精密建模分析

【摘要】:本文旨在研究處于435MHz頻率輻射下人體頭部所產(chǎn)生的熱效果。首先使用商業(yè)軟件Xfdtd6.3對對講機(jī)模型、眼球模型、頭部模型和手部模型建模。對講機(jī)模型以摩托羅拉CP1200為模板建立,包含外殼、天線、電池、PCB板幾個主要部分。眼球模型包含8種組織,基本上對人體眼球做了最精細(xì)的劃分。頭部和手部模型的建立選擇在類似研究中廣泛使用的Zubal人體模型來實現(xiàn),通過編寫程序?qū)ubal教授等建立的人體模型三維數(shù)組進(jìn)行處理,得到本文需要的而且能夠在Xfdtd6.3直接調(diào)用的模型。其次,利用三維旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)對人體模型進(jìn)行組合,并且設(shè)定人體各種組織在435MHz頻率下的電磁參數(shù)。利用Xfdtd6.3對組合后的模型進(jìn)行計算,對模型使用了不均勻網(wǎng)格的剖分,將眼球的分辯率設(shè)定為0.25mm,人體其他組織的分辨率設(shè)定為1mm,以求得在連續(xù)正弦波輻射下人體頭部的SAR分布情況。最后,基于生物熱傳導(dǎo)方程及其邊界條件利用C語言編寫了非均勻網(wǎng)格的溫度計算程序,計算溫度場分布及其隨時間變化的規(guī)律。在C語言程序中,針對于本文中所使用模型的一些情況做了一些特殊處理,包括各種組織邊界的處理、人體頭部截面的處理、非均勻網(wǎng)格剖分過渡區(qū)域的處理等。這樣做即能真實的反映出人體頭部各種組織的溫升情況,又能有效的突破計算機(jī)內(nèi)存的限制,減少計算時間。 在本文研究的輻照模型中,當(dāng)頻率為435MHz,入射功率為0.5W時,人體皮膚的最后溫度為33.7416℃,眼角膜的最后溫度為32.6168℃。人體皮膚和眼角膜由于電磁輻射所引起的溫升分別為0.0409℃和0.0412℃,,而且可以發(fā)現(xiàn)皮膚和眼球組織的平均溫升相對于其他組織要高很多。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the thermal effect of human head under 435MHz frequency radiation. First, the commercial software Xfdtd6.3 is used to model the interphone model, eyeball model, head model and hand model. The interphone model is based on Motorola CP1200, including shell, antenna and battery board. The eyeball model consists of eight tissues, basically the most refined division of the human eyeball. The establishment of head and hand models is realized by using Zubal mannequins, which are widely used in similar studies, to process three-dimensional arrays of human models established by Professor Zubal. Get the model needed in this article and can be called directly in Xfdtd6.3. Secondly, the 3D rotation technique is used to combine the human body model, and the electromagnetic parameters of various human tissues at 435MHz frequency are set. The combined model is calculated by Xfdtd6.3, and the model is divided by non-uniform mesh. The resolution of the eyeball was set to 0.25 mm and the resolution of other human tissues was set to 1 mm in order to obtain the SAR distribution of human head under continuous sine wave radiation. Finally, based on the biogenic heat conduction equation and its boundary conditions, a non-uniform grid temperature calculation program is developed using C language to calculate the temperature field distribution and its variation with time. In the C language program, some special treatments are made for some cases of the models used in this paper, including the processing of various tissue boundaries, the processing of human head cross-sections, the processing of non-uniform meshes and the processing of transition areas, and so on. In this way, it can reflect the temperature rise of various tissues of human head, and can effectively break the limit of computer memory and reduce the computing time. In the irradiation model studied in this paper, when the frequency is 435 MHz and the incident power is 0.5 W, the final temperature of human skin is 33.7416 鈩
