【摘要】：目的探究江西省高安市2009-2013年HFRS疫苗接種率及影響因素。方法采取PPS抽樣方法抽取200例高安市16~60歲常住人口進(jìn)行HFRS疫苗接種情況及相關(guān)因素問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,利用Fisher確切概率法和二分類Logistic回歸篩選HFRS疫苗接種和全程接種的影響因素。結(jié)果 HFRS疫苗總接種率為72.50%(145/200),全程接種率為56.00%(112/200);單因素分析表明職業(yè)、是否知曉HFRS和是否知曉HFRS疫苗普種工作的接種率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.002、0.031、0.000),接種點(diǎn)工作人員服務(wù)態(tài)度對(duì)是否全程接種的影響差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.019)。多因素分析顯示知曉HFRS疫苗普種工作者的接種率是不知曉者的13.552倍(OR=13.552,95%CI:5.576~32.938);接種點(diǎn)工作人員的服務(wù)態(tài)度是HFRS疫苗全程接種的影響因素(OR=1.986,95%CI:1.029~3.832)。結(jié)論江西省高安市HFRS疫苗接種率達(dá)到國(guó)家要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但全程接種率不高,接種影響因素為是否知曉疫苗普種工作,全程接種的影響因素為工作人員服務(wù)態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the vaccination rate and influencing factors of HFRS vaccine in Gaoan City, Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2013. Methods A total of 200 residents aged from 16 to 60 years old in Gaoan City were selected by PPS sampling to investigate the vaccination status of HFRS vaccine and the related factors. The factors influencing the inoculation of HFRS vaccine and the whole process were screened by Fisher exact probability method and two classification Logistic regression. Results the total coverage rate of HFRS vaccine was 72.50% (145 / 200) and the total coverage rate was 56.00% (112 / 200). There was statistically significant difference in the vaccination rate between HFRS and HFRS vaccination (P0. 002 + 0. 031), and there was a significant difference in the effect of service attitude of the staff at inoculation point on the whole process (P0. 019). Multivariate analysis showed that the inoculation rate of the workers who knew HFRS vaccine was 13.552 times of that of the unknown (OR=13.552,95%CI:5.576~32.938), and the service attitude of the workers at the inoculation point was the influencing factor of HFRS vaccination (OR=1.986,95%CI:1.029~3.832). Conclusion the coverage rate of HFRS vaccine in Gaoan City of Jiangxi Province is up to the national standard, but the coverage rate of the whole process is not high. The influencing factor of inoculation is the knowledge of the work of vaccine popularization, and the influence factor of the whole vaccination is the service attitude of the staff.
