【摘要】：蝦紅素是一種具有很強(qiáng)抗氧化活性的類胡蘿卜素,具有諸多生物學(xué)功能,如抗炎、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗凋亡等。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),蝦紅素能夠有效地調(diào)節(jié)男性生殖系統(tǒng)中的氧化與抗氧化動(dòng)態(tài)平衡,保護(hù)精子線粒體功能,對(duì)抗睪丸熱應(yīng)激與生殖毒物的損傷,還可促進(jìn)精子獲能與頂體反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,調(diào)節(jié)生殖內(nèi)分泌激素平衡,并在原發(fā)性不育、代謝綜合征相關(guān)的不育中有很好的療效,對(duì)于遲發(fā)性性腺功能減退癥的治療與前列腺保健也有一定幫助。本文就蝦紅素在男性生殖健康中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為男性生殖健康問(wèn)題的預(yù)防與治療提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:As a kind of carotenoid with strong antioxidant activity, shrimps have many biological functions, such as anti-inflammation, immunomodulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-apoptosis and so on. In recent years, it has been found that prawnubin can effectively regulate the dynamic balance of oxidation and antioxidation in male reproductive system, protect sperm mitochondria function, and protect testis from heat stress and reproductive poison damage. It can also promote the development of sperm capacitation and acrosome reaction, regulate the balance of reproductive endocrine hormones, and have a good effect in infertility related to primary infertility and metabolic syndrome. For the treatment of delayed hypogonadism and prostate health care also has some help. This paper reviews the research progress of prawns in male reproductive health in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of male reproductive health problems.
