【摘要】：目的探討初中生常見病患病情況對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的影響,為學(xué)校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生常見病防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取北京市城區(qū)、郊區(qū)各1所初中學(xué)校,以全部初一、初二年級(jí)共480名學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象。收集對(duì)象健康體檢和學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)資料,分析學(xué)生常見病與學(xué)業(yè)成就的關(guān)系。結(jié)果學(xué)生近視、超重/肥胖、齲齒、貧血及營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良5種常見病的檢出率分別為74.6%,38.3%,19.2%,2.5%和3.3%,常見病總檢出率達(dá)90.6%,總評(píng)成績(jī)及格率為77.9%。單因素分析顯示,常見病指標(biāo)中近視和超重肥胖對(duì)初中生學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)的影響有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;近視與學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)呈正相關(guān)(OR=1.823,P=0.012),超重肥胖與成績(jī)合格率呈負(fù)相關(guān)(OR=0.675,P=0.002)。多因素分析控制其他因素后,超重肥胖是初中生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的不利因素(OR=0.718,P=0.025),而近視對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的影響無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(OR=1.506,P=0.141)。結(jié)論初中生近視與超重/肥胖檢出率較高,且與學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)關(guān)系密切。無論從提高健康還是學(xué)業(yè)成就角度,都應(yīng)重視學(xué)生常見病防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of prevalence of common diseases on students' academic achievement and provide scientific basis for strengthening the prevention and control of common diseases among junior high school students. Methods A total of 480 junior high school students in Grade one and Grade two were randomly selected from one middle school in the urban area and one in the suburb of Beijing. The data of health examination and academic achievement were collected to analyze the relationship between common diseases and academic achievement. Results the detection rates of myopia, overweight / obesity, dental caries, anemia and malnutrition were 74.6% and 3.3%, respectively. The total rate of common diseases was 90.6, and the pass rate was 77.9%. Univariate analysis showed that the influence of myopia and overweight on academic achievement of junior high school students was statistically significant, myopia and academic achievement were positively correlated (OR=1.823,P=0.012), overweight and obesity were negatively correlated with achievement qualification rate (OR=0.675,P=0.002). After controlling for other factors, overweight and obesity were the unfavorable factors of junior high school students' academic achievement (OR=0.718,P=0.025), but myopia had no statistical significance (OR=1.506,P=0.141). Conclusion the detection rate of myopia and overweight / obesity in junior high school students is higher, and it is closely related to learning achievement. Whether from the point of improving health or academic achievement, we should pay attention to the prevention and control of common diseases of students.
