地鐵司機(jī)工作壓力與人因失誤關(guān)系實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:This paper takes the pressure from six aspects of the subway drivers as the independent variable, the subway drivers' errors in the work as dependent variables, and the subway drivers' response to the pressure as the adjusting variables. The model of "working pressure-human error" was constructed, and the empirical study was carried out by regression analysis and buffer effect analysis. The main contents of this paper include: the analysis of the working pressure sources of subway drivers, the division of the dimensions between the working pressure of subway drivers and human error, on the one hand, the confirmation of the influence of the working pressure of subway drivers on the path of human error. On the other hand, it proves that coping style plays a regulating role between work stress and human error. Based on the field interview, questionnaire design and analysis, the data of subway drivers in Beijing Metro Operation Company are collected and processed. On the basis of small sample data, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis are used to determine the dimensionality of work stress, human error and coping style. Finally, the regression equation is used to analyze and test the relationship between the working pressure and human error of subway drivers and the adjustment of stress coping style. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: the work itself, role stress, interpersonal relationship and organizational management have significant positive effects on the missing errors in the work stress dimension of subway drivers, and the work itself and role stress in the work stress dimension of subway drivers. Career development, organizational management and work-family conflict have a significant positive impact on executive failure, and actively respond to the negative moderating effect of job itself, interpersonal relationships, and career development on missing errors. Positive coping plays a negative moderating role in the work itself, organization management and the impact of work-family conflict on executive errors; Negative coping plays a positive role in regulating the impact of role stress and career development on missing errors, and negative coping plays a role in the job itself. Organizational management and job-family conflict play a positive role in regulating the impact of executive error. According to the empirical research results of this paper, from the individual level of subway driver and the organization level of subway operation company, the paper puts forward the measures to control and manage the working pressure of subway driver, which can ensure the safety of subway. Efficient operation is of great significance.
