【摘要】：主要研究了人體營養(yǎng)健康角度的中國果蔬發(fā)展問題.以公布的水果和蔬菜數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,首先建立基于0-1規(guī)劃的篩選模型,選取主要水果和蔬菜品種進(jìn)行研究,然后分別建立了基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及基于時(shí)間序列的預(yù)測模型,對主要果蔬的消費(fèi)量進(jìn)行了估計(jì)及趨勢預(yù)測.接著,建立模糊綜合評價(jià)模型對我國居民目前礦物質(zhì)、維生素、膳食纖維等一樣的年攝入水平進(jìn)行了評價(jià),并建立了單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型來引導(dǎo)北京、四川以及湖北三個(gè)地區(qū)的果蔬選擇.針對我國居民主要果蔬的年度合理人均消費(fèi)問題,建立了基于居民購買成本、種植面積、出口量以及耕地面積等條件的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,重新計(jì)算我國居民主要的水果和蔬菜產(chǎn)品的按年度合理人均消費(fèi)量,并給出到2020年我國水果和蔬菜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略.
[Abstract]:The development of Chinese fruits and vegetables from the point of view of human nutrition and health was studied. Taking the published data of fruits and vegetables as the research object, a screening model based on 0-1 planning was established, and the main fruits and vegetables varieties were selected for study. Then, the prediction models based on BP neural network and time series were established, respectively. The consumption of main fruits and vegetables was estimated and the trend was forecasted. Then, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the current annual intake levels of minerals, vitamins, dietary fiber, etc., and a single objective optimization model was established to guide Beijing. Selection of fruits and vegetables in Sichuan and Hubei provinces. Aiming at the problem of reasonable per capita consumption of main fruits and vegetables per year in China, a multi-objective optimization model is established based on the conditions of purchase cost, planting area, export volume and cultivated land area. This paper recalculates the annual reasonable per capita consumption of main fruit and vegetable products in China and gives the adjustment strategy for the production of fruit and vegetable products in China by 2020.
