【摘要】：基于2013年在浙江省集體林區(qū)的開化、臨安、龍泉、磐安等4個(gè)樣本縣的16個(gè)樣本村中192位農(nóng)戶的實(shí)地調(diào)查,建立Logit計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型分析農(nóng)戶垃圾定點(diǎn)堆放行為及其影響因素。結(jié)果表明,各個(gè)樣本點(diǎn)地區(qū)農(nóng)戶的垃圾定點(diǎn)堆放行為存在差異,而農(nóng)戶是否定點(diǎn)堆放垃圾受到地理因素、家庭因素和自身因素的影響。其中堆放點(diǎn)距離、戶主年齡、家庭人口以及家庭住宅價(jià)值對(duì)農(nóng)戶是否定點(diǎn)堆放垃圾存在顯著性影響。最后根據(jù)分析提出了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、清潔機(jī)制和與服務(wù)以及農(nóng)民環(huán)保意識(shí)培養(yǎng)等方面的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of 192 farmers in 16 sample villages in Zhejiang Province in 2013, Logit econometrics model was established to analyze the behavior of household garbage stacking and its influencing factors. The results showed that there were differences in the behavior of household garbage stacking in different sample areas, and whether the farmers were stacking garbage at fixed sites was affected by geographical factors, family factors and their own factors. Among them, the distance of stacking point, the age of the head of household, the family population and the value of household residence have significant influence on whether the household stowed garbage at a fixed site. Finally, some policy suggestions on infrastructure construction, cleaning mechanism and service and farmers' awareness of environmental protection are put forward.
