【摘要】：目的調(diào)查青島大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院部分科室老年住院病人營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查(NRS2002)適用率、營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生率、營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率及低蛋白血癥發(fā)生率、貧血發(fā)生率,為營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持治療提供臨床依據(jù)。 方法2010年7月至2011年6月在青島大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院5個(gè)科室老年住院病人連續(xù)定點(diǎn)抽樣調(diào)查,記錄病人體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血清白蛋白、血紅蛋白,以NRS2002進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)入院篩查。 結(jié)果針對(duì)1831例老年住院病人營(yíng)養(yǎng)篩查,NRS2002適用率97.9%,營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生率46.7%,營(yíng)養(yǎng)不足發(fā)生率8.2%,低蛋白血癥發(fā)生率39.1%,貧血發(fā)生率29.7%。結(jié)論NRS2002對(duì)老年住院病人營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查適用率高,住院老年病人營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、低蛋白血癥及貧血發(fā)病率高,NRS2002方法簡(jiǎn)便,易操作,較傳統(tǒng)單指標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查及體質(zhì)指數(shù)更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application rate of nutritional risk screening (NRS2002), the incidence of nutritional risk, malnutrition, hypoproteinemia and anemia in elderly inpatients in the affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College. To provide clinical basis for nutritional support therapy. Methods from July 2010 to June 2011, the elderly inpatients in 5 departments of affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College were selected for continuous spot sampling. Body mass index (BMI), serum albumin (SA) and hemoglobin (HB) were recorded, and the nutritional risk was screened by NRS2002. Results for 1831 elderly inpatients, the applicable rate of NRS2002 was 97.9, the incidence of nutritional risk was 46.7, the incidence of malnutrition was 8.2, the incidence of hypoproteinemia was 39.1, and the incidence of anemia was 29.7. Conclusion the method of NRS2002 2002 is simple and easy to operate for the elderly inpatients with high nutritional risk, low proteinemia and high incidence of anemia. It is superior to traditional single index laboratory examination and body mass index (BMI).
