2015年太倉市重點企業(yè)電焊作業(yè)人員職業(yè)健康風險分析

【摘要】:目的了解太倉市職業(yè)衛(wèi)生重點監(jiān)管企業(yè)電焊作業(yè)人員健康狀況,為制定相關的防護政策提供依據。方法收集2015年該市接觸電焊工塵作業(yè)人員健康檢查數據,與當年非粉塵作業(yè)人員(對照組)進行比較。結果電焊工塵組高血壓患病率(26.5%)、肝功能異常率(8.76%)、X線胸片異常率(7.60%)與對照組相比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒鐘用力呼氣量與用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1.0)/FVC)與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。電焊工塵組中肺功能指標隨著工齡增加而降低,且5 a工齡組和≥5 a工齡組相比,FVC、FEV_(1.0)/FVC差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論電焊工塵能引起作業(yè)人員肺通氣功能的改變,應加強對電焊工塵從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護工作。
[Abstract]:Objective To understand the health status of welders in key occupational health supervision enterprises in Taicang City and to provide evidence for formulating relevant protective policies.Methods The health examination data of welders exposed to dust in the city in 2015 were collected and compared with those of non-dust workers (control group).Results The prevalence of hypertension in welders exposed to dust was 26.5%. The abnormal rate of liver function (8.76%), abnormal rate of chest X-ray (7.60%) and forced vital capacity (FVC), ratio of forced expiratory volume (FEV_ (1.0)/FVC) in one second were significantly different from those in the control group (P 0.05). There were significant differences in FVC and FEV_(1.0)/FVC between the 5-year working group and the (>5-year) working group (P 0.05). Conclusion Electric welding workers'dust can cause the change of pulmonary ventilation function in workers. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health surveillance of electric welding workers' dust.
