【摘要】：目的分析江陰市2004—2014年甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)流行特征,為制定甲肝防控策略提供依據(jù)。方法收集江陰市2004—2014年甲肝疫情資料,采用描述流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2004—2014年江陰市共報(bào)告甲肝300例,年均發(fā)病率為1.80/10萬;2004—2007年(納入免疫規(guī)劃前)年均發(fā)病率為3.87/10萬,2008—2014年(納入免疫規(guī)劃后)年均發(fā)病率為0.69/10萬,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。全市16個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道)均有病例報(bào)告,城區(qū)發(fā)病數(shù)為58例,年均發(fā)病率為0.87/10萬,農(nóng)村地區(qū)發(fā)病數(shù)為242例,年均發(fā)病率為2.41/10萬,農(nóng)村地區(qū)年均發(fā)病率高于城區(qū)(P0.01)。男性204例,女性96例,男女性別比為2.13∶1。30~39歲組發(fā)病率最高為2.98/10萬,占總病例數(shù)的29.67%。職業(yè)以農(nóng)民報(bào)告病例數(shù)最多,共133例(占44.33%)。結(jié)論江陰市2004—2014年甲肝發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢,并維持在較低水平,以接種甲肝疫苗為主的綜合防控措施效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis A (hepatitis A) in Jiangyin city from 2004 to 2014, and to provide basis for the strategy of prevention and control of hepatitis A. Methods the epidemic data of hepatitis A from 2004 to 2014 in Jiangyin city were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 300 cases of hepatitis A were reported in Jiangyin City from 2004 to 2014. The average annual incidence rate of hepatitis A in Jiangyin City was 180-100 000 (before immunization planning) from 2004 to 2014. The average annual incidence rate of hepatitis A was 0.69 / 1 million in 2008-2014 (after immunization planning). The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). There were 58 cases in urban area and 242 cases in rural area. The average annual incidence rate in rural area was 24.1 / 100 thousand. The average annual incidence rate in rural area was higher than that in urban area (P0.01). There were 204 males and 96 females, and the highest incidence rate was 2.13: 1.30- 39 years old, accounting for 29.67% of the total number of cases. The number of cases reported by farmers was the most, accounting for 133 cases (44.33%). Conclusion the incidence of hepatitis A in Jiangyin city from 2004 to 2014 showed a downward trend and remained at a low level. The comprehensive prevention and control measures mainly inoculated with hepatitis A vaccine were effective.
