【摘要】：目的探討青少年傷害與學(xué)校及同伴因素的關(guān)聯(lián),為有效開展傷害預(yù)防和干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法抽取北京、廣東中山兩市初一到高三學(xué)生4 408名,采用自填匿名問卷調(diào)查其傷害發(fā)生情況、學(xué)校及同伴因素。用SPSS 20.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果獲得有效問卷4 309份,青少年傷害總發(fā)生率為15.5%,再發(fā)傷害率為4.3%,傷害發(fā)生存在性別、學(xué)段和地區(qū)差別,男生(17.8%)高于女生(13.4%)、初中生(17.4%)高于高中生(13.6%)、廣東中山學(xué)生(17.9%)高于北京學(xué)生(13.0%);同伴關(guān)系與傷害發(fā)生有關(guān),而學(xué)校氛圍、同伴對(duì)傷害行為的態(tài)度、同伴的不良行為與青少年傷害發(fā)生及再發(fā)傷害均相關(guān)。結(jié)論學(xué)校氛圍、同伴作用是青少年傷害發(fā)生的重要關(guān)聯(lián)因素,以學(xué)校為傷害干預(yù)的主要場(chǎng)所,應(yīng)關(guān)注學(xué)校支持性環(huán)境的營(yíng)造,以及同伴對(duì)青少年傷害發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between adolescent injury and school and peer factors so as to provide evidence for effective injury prevention and intervention. Methods 4 408 junior high school students in Beijing and Zhongshan city were selected by stratified cluster sampling. The incidence of injury, school and peer factors were investigated by anonymous questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 20.0. Results 4 309 valid questionnaires were obtained. The total incidence of injury was 15. 5, and the rate of recurrent injury was 4. 3%. There were gender, learning stage and regional differences in the incidence of injuries. Male students (17.8%) were higher than girls (13.4%), junior high school students (17.4%) were higher than high school students (13.6%), Guangdong Zhongshan students (17.9%) were higher than Beijing students (13.0%), peer relationship was related to injury, and school atmosphere, peer attitude towards injurious behavior, Peer bad behavior was related to the occurrence and recurrence of injuries in adolescents. Conclusion School atmosphere and peer role are the important related factors in the occurrence of injuries among adolescents. School is the main place for injury intervention, so we should pay attention to the construction of supportive school environment and the role of peers in the risk of injury to adolescents.
