長沙市2117份外環(huán)境標本禽流感病毒監(jiān)測結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的了解長沙市活禽市場外環(huán)境中禽流感病毒的污染情況,為長沙市禽流感疫情風險評估與防控提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用實時熒光定量PCR法對2014年1月-2017年3月長沙市9個區(qū)縣疾控中心采集的2 117份活禽市場監(jiān)測樣本,進行甲型流感病毒(Influenza A virus,FluA)、H5、H7、H9核酸檢測,結(jié)果使用SPSS19.0進行分析。結(jié)果 2117份標本中禽流感FluA陽性率為73.45%,各年均有H5,H7,H9亞型和混合感染檢出。四個季度中以第四季度樣本FluA陽性率最高(82.74%)。宰殺或擺放禽肉案板表面的擦拭標本、禽類飲水、清洗禽類污水、籠具表面擦拭標本、糞便和其他標本的FluA陽性率從高到低依次為87.14%、75.32%、74.88%、38.18%、29.41%、8.33%,不同類型標本陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(X~2=104.582,P0.05)。非中心城區(qū)與中心城區(qū)標本FluA陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(X~2=11.958,P0.05)。結(jié)論長沙活禽市場外環(huán)境標本常年存在H5,H7,H9亞型,冬季為禽流感高發(fā)季節(jié),禽類宰殺環(huán)節(jié)污染程度高,相關(guān)部門應(yīng)加大監(jiān)管力度,從源頭上加強防控和治理禽流感的傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the avian influenza virus (AIV) contamination in the outside environment of live poultry market in Changsha and provide theoretical basis for risk assessment and prevention and control of AIV epidemic in Changsha.Methods 2 117 samples collected from 9 districts and counties of Changsha from January 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The positive rate of Avian Influenza FluA was 73.45% in 2117 specimens. H5, H7 and H9 subtypes and mixed infection were detected every year. The positive rate of FluA was the highest in the fourth quarter (82.74%). The positive rates of fluA were 87.14%, 75.32%, 74.88%, 38.18%, 29.41%, 8.33% respectively from high to low. The positive rates of different types of samples were statistically significant (X~2=104.582, P 0.05). The positive rates of fluA in non-central urban and central urban areas were statistically significant. Conclusion H5, H7 and H9 subtypes exist in the external environment samples of Changsha live poultry market all year round, and the season of avian influenza is high in winter. The level of pollution in poultry slaughter is high. The relevant departments should strengthen supervision and control to prevent and control the spread of avian influenza from the source.
