杭州市衛(wèi)浴潔具制造工人苯乙烯職業(yè)危害狀況和二氯乙烷致脂質(zhì)代謝影響

【摘要】:目的對杭州市衛(wèi)浴潔具制造業(yè)苯乙烯的職業(yè)衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,為制訂防治對策及衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管提供依據(jù)。并為研究1,2-二氯乙烷(1,2-DCE)對脂質(zhì)代謝影響提供資料。方法通過查閱文獻(xiàn),對CNKI、PUBMED、萬方、維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行檢索收集相關(guān)資料。并對職業(yè)暴露場所進(jìn)行現(xiàn)況調(diào)查收集工人暴露資料。對暴露苯乙烯的96名工人用自制《職業(yè)衛(wèi)生毒物現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查表》進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查以及對1,2-二氯乙烷暴露工人進(jìn)行健康檢查。結(jié)果工人平均年齡為36.4±5.7歲,男性39.8±4.8歲,女性35.3±5.6歲。平均暴露工齡2.1±1.5年。苯乙烯職業(yè)危害知曉率、職業(yè)危害健康監(jiān)護(hù)水平及防護(hù)設(shè)備配備率等中小型企業(yè)要遠(yuǎn)高于微型企業(yè)(P0.05)。1,2-二氯乙烷對脂質(zhì)代謝的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),暴露組男性甘油三酯和膽固醇平均水平和異常率均明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。男性≤35歲組TC異常率明顯高于對照組(P0.05),男性35周歲組TC和TG異常率均明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。暴露組與對照組脂肪肝患病率無明顯差異。結(jié)論對衛(wèi)浴潔具制造企業(yè)監(jiān)管須加強(qiáng),尤其是微型企業(yè)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管的重點(diǎn)。1,2-DCE暴露可導(dǎo)致工人血清TG增高并有年齡差異,但1,2-DCE暴露導(dǎo)致工人血清TC水平增高年齡差異不明顯,可能1,2-DCE對工人血清TC水平的影響比對TG更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occupational health status of styrene in sanitary ware manufacturing industry in Hangzhou, and to provide basis for prevention and control and health supervision. It also provides data for the study of the effect of 1 chelating 2-dichloroethane (1 2-DCE) on lipid metabolism. Methods the relevant data were retrieved from CNKI PUBMED, Wanfang and Weip databases. The status of occupational exposure sites was investigated and workers' exposure data were collected. 96 workers exposed to styrene were investigated by self-made questionnaire of occupational hygiene toxicant status and health examination of workers exposed to 1h2- dichloroethane. Results the average age of workers was 36.4 鹵5.7 years, 39.8 鹵4.8 years for males and 35.3 鹵5.6 years for females. The average exposure period was 2.1 鹵1.5 years. The awareness rate of occupational hazards of styrene, the level of occupational health monitoring and the rate of protective equipment were much higher in small and medium-sized enterprises than in microenterprises (P0.05).
