【摘要】：正出生缺陷是指胎兒出生前就已經(jīng)存在的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能或代謝方面的異常,包括解剖結(jié)構(gòu)畸形、功能不全、生長發(fā)育障礙和代謝異常,是嚴(yán)重影響兒童身體生長和智力發(fā)育的疾病,是兒童死亡的重要原因之一,出生缺陷已成為重要的公共衛(wèi)生問題[1-2]。本文就蕪湖市2010~2015年圍產(chǎn)兒出生缺陷資料進(jìn)行分析,以掌握本地圍產(chǎn)兒出生缺陷的發(fā)生情況,為預(yù)防措施的制定、評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Positive birth defects are structural, functional or metabolic abnormalities that exist prior to the birth of the fetus, including anatomic structural deformities, functional deficiencies, dysplasia of growth and development, and metabolic abnormalities, Birth defects have become an important public health problem [1-2]. In this paper, the data of perinatal birth defects in Wuhu city from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed in order to understand the occurrence of local perinatal defects and to provide basis for the formulation of preventive measures and evaluation.
