【摘要】：目的監(jiān)測(cè)本市桶裝飲用水中銅綠假單胞菌污染狀況,分析原因并提出科學(xué)控制措施。方法按照國標(biāo)GB/T8538-2008/54,對(duì)市場(chǎng)上主要銷售的桶裝飲用水進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果共從監(jiān)測(cè)的23份樣品中檢出銅綠假單胞菌12株,檢出率為52.17%。常規(guī)微生物指標(biāo)合格率為26.09%。銅綠假單胞菌陽性樣品均為本地產(chǎn)品。結(jié)論本市桶裝飲用水中銅綠假單胞菌污染嚴(yán)重,衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理,切實(shí)保護(hù)消費(fèi)者健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barrelled drinking water, analyze the causes and put forward scientific control measures. Methods according to GB / T / 8538-2008 / 54, the main barreled drinking water sold in the market was detected. Results 12 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected from 23 samples, the detection rate was 52.17. The qualified rate of routine microbial index was 26.09%. The positive samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all local products. Conclusion the pollution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barrelled drinking water in this city is serious, health supervision department should strengthen supervision and management to protect consumers' health.
