常州市大氣污染對小學(xué)生患病情況及肺功能的影響

【摘要】:目的了解常州市大氣污染對小學(xué)生患病情況和肺功能的影響,為采取有效措施控制疾病發(fā)生及改善肺功能提供參考。方法在常州市武進區(qū)隨機選擇1所小學(xué),按整群隨機抽樣的方法選取小學(xué)三至五年級共634名學(xué)生,對研究對象開展問卷調(diào)查和肺功能檢測,結(jié)合環(huán)境監(jiān)測的結(jié)果,分析霧霾天氣對小學(xué)生患病情況及肺功能的影響。結(jié)果霧霾當(dāng)天共有99人次患相關(guān)疾病,其中以呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病為主(63人次,占63.6%),其次為感染性疾病(16人次,占16.2%);霧霾日小學(xué)生的肺功能指標(biāo)中的用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼吸量(FEV1)、呼氣峰值流速(PEF),75%FVC時的用力呼氣流量(V75)[(1.68±0.44)L,(1.60±0.40)L,(2.86±1.10)L/s,(2.66±1.11)L]水平均低于非霾日[(1.48±0.49)L,(1.40±0.42)L,(2.26±1.01)L/s,(1.99±1.04)L],差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論大氣污染與小學(xué)生患病人數(shù)增加和肺功能下降有一定關(guān)聯(lián)。應(yīng)采取有效措施改善空氣質(zhì)量。
