【摘要】：正截至2012年底,中國(guó)60歲以上的老年人口已達(dá)1.94億,占人口總數(shù)的14.3%~([1]),到2049年將達(dá)到31%~([2])。目前社區(qū)老年人的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況不容樂(lè)觀,營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率較高~([3~5])。老年?duì)I養(yǎng)不良是指在老年人群中,由于機(jī)體需要與營(yíng)養(yǎng)素?cái)z入之間不平衡而引起的一系列癥狀,營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良包括營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺乏和營(yíng)養(yǎng)過(guò)剩兩方面~([6])。采用合適的營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查工具可促進(jìn)老年人健康水平的提高。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外社區(qū)老年人營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
[Abstract]:By the end of 2012, the elderly population over 60 years old in China had reached 194 million, accounting for 14.3 ~ (1) of the total population, and by 2049 it would reach 31 ~ (2). At present, the nutritional status of the elderly in the community is not optimistic, the incidence of malnutrition is high. Malnutrition in the elderly refers to a series of symptoms caused by the imbalance between the needs of the body and the intake of nutrients in the elderly population.
