【摘要】：正截至2012年底,中國60歲以上的老年人口已達1.94億,占人口總數(shù)的14.3%~([1]),到2049年將達到31%~([2])。目前社區(qū)老年人的營養(yǎng)狀況不容樂觀,營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率較高~([3~5])。老年營養(yǎng)不良是指在老年人群中,由于機體需要與營養(yǎng)素攝入之間不平衡而引起的一系列癥狀,營養(yǎng)不良包括營養(yǎng)缺乏和營養(yǎng)過剩兩方面~([6])。采用合適的營養(yǎng)不良風險篩查工具可促進老年人健康水平的提高。本文對國內(nèi)外社區(qū)老年人營養(yǎng)不良風險
