【摘要】：目的評估河北省農(nóng)村地區(qū)≤5歲留守兒童身高與體重生長發(fā)育狀況,為促進留守兒童健康成長提供依據(jù)。方法 2014年10月從全國第五次衛(wèi)生服務(wù)調(diào)查家庭健康詢問調(diào)查河北省數(shù)據(jù)庫提取1 022名≤5歲農(nóng)村兒童信息,分析留守兒童與非留守兒童年齡別身高得分(HAZ)與其生長發(fā)育狀況構(gòu)成、年齡別體重得分(WAZ)與其體重情況構(gòu)成。結(jié)果河北省農(nóng)村地區(qū)≤5歲留守兒童270人(26.42%),平均年齡2.67歲,男女性別比為1.16:1。父親單獨外出務(wù)工兒童198人(73.33%),184名(68.15%)監(jiān)護人為留守母親。留守兒童的平均HAZ、WAZ分別為-3.71、-1.07分,均低于相應(yīng)非留守兒童的0.14、2.25分(t_(HAZ)=19.21,P_(HAZ)=0.000;t_(WAZ)=8.96,P_(WAZ)=0.000)。留守兒童中,生長發(fā)育遲緩構(gòu)成比、體重不足構(gòu)成比分別為78.15%、53.33%,均高于非留守兒童的18.88%、9.04%(χ_(生長)~2=374.90,P_(生長)=0.000;χ_(體重)~2=262.01,P_(體重)=0.000)。分層分析后,無論性別與年齡,留守兒童HAZ、WAZ均低于非留守兒童,生長發(fā)育遲緩構(gòu)成比與體重不足構(gòu)成比均高于非留守兒童(P0.05)。結(jié)論河北省農(nóng)村≤5歲留守兒童成長狀況不容樂觀,需引起重點關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the growth and development of the height and weight of left behind children in rural areas of Hebei Province, and to provide the basis for promoting the healthy growth of left behind children. Methods in October 2014, the information of 1022 children in rural rural areas was extracted from the database of fifth health service surveys in the country, and 1022 children in the rural areas were extracted from the Hebei province database, and the left behind children and non left behind children were analyzed. Children's age score (HAZ) and its growth and development status, age weight score (WAZ) and its body weight were composed of 270 people (26.42%) in the rural areas of Hebei Province, and the average age was 2.67 years old.
