青年男性尿液中多環(huán)芳烴代謝物與血液肝功能指標的關(guān)聯(lián)研究

【摘要】:為了解青年男性多環(huán)芳烴暴露濃度與肝功能指標之間的關(guān)聯(lián),征集鄭州地區(qū)121名志愿者進行了問卷調(diào)查和血液及尿液樣品采集,分析了血液中丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)肽酶(GGT)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(Glo)以及白蛋白/球蛋白比值(A/G)等肝功能指標以及尿液中1-羥基芘(1-OHP)。采用相關(guān)系數(shù)、線性回歸模型和邏輯斯蒂回歸模型進行分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)鄭州地區(qū)青年男性體內(nèi)普遍存在多環(huán)芳烴暴露,尿液1-OHP濃度與AST之間存在弱的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,未在尿液1-OHP濃度與其他肝功能指標之間發(fā)現(xiàn)顯著關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the correlation between polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure and liver function in young men, 121 volunteers in Zhengzhou were investigated and blood and urine samples were collected. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),) aspartate aminotransferase (AST), 緯 -glutamyl transpeptidase) (ALP), total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), globulin (Glo) and albumin / globulin ratio (A / G) were analyzed. And 1-hydroxy pyrene (1-OHP) in urine. Correlation coefficient, linear regression model and logistic regression model were used to analyze. The results showed that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure was common in young men in Zhengzhou area. There was a weak positive correlation between urinary 1-OHP concentration and AST, but no significant correlation was found between urinary 1-OHP concentration and other liver function indexes.
