【摘要】：目的調(diào)查�？谑�6~8歲兒童第二性征發(fā)育情況,了解海口市兒童青春發(fā)育的現(xiàn)況。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,對海口市4個區(qū)16所小學(xué)共2 223名6~8歲兒童進(jìn)行體格檢查,采用現(xiàn)況法(乳房觸診、陰毛視診、睪丸測量)獲取第二性征發(fā)育數(shù)據(jù),按Tanner分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評價;發(fā)放調(diào)查表,由家長協(xié)助填寫問卷調(diào)查表。結(jié)果 2 223名兒童中正常發(fā)育2 029例,第二性征發(fā)育194例,兩者年齡、身高、體重及性別因素比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);而相關(guān)暴露因素,如飲食、睡眠、運(yùn)動、電視等差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。性別、年齡及身高、體重4個因素為第二性征早發(fā)育的影響因素。結(jié)論性早熟存在明顯性別差異,女性發(fā)病率高于男性,營養(yǎng)狀況是影響性發(fā)育的重要因素。性的早發(fā)育直接影響到兒童的正常生長發(fā)育和社會心理健康,需要家庭、學(xué)校和社會更多的關(guān)注及干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the secondary sexual development of children aged 6 to 8 in Haikou, and to understand the present situation of adolescent development in Haikou. Methods A total of 2 223 children aged 6 to 8 years old in 16 primary schools in 4 districts of Haikou City were examined by stratified cluster random sampling. The data of secondary sexual development were obtained by the method of current status (breast palpation, pubic examination, testicular measurement). Evaluate according to Tanner staging criteria; issue questionnaires and fill out questionnaires with the assistance of parents. Results there were 2 029 cases of normal development and 194 cases of secondary sexual development in 2 223 children. There were significant differences in age, height, weight and sex between the two groups (P0.05), and the related exposure factors, such as diet, sleep, exercise, etc. TV and other differences were not statistically significant (P0.05). Sex, age, height and weight were four factors influencing the early development of secondary sexual symptoms. Conclusion sexual precocious puberty is significantly different in sex and the incidence of female is higher than that of male. Nutritional status is an important factor affecting sexual development. The early development of sex directly affects the normal growth and social mental health of children, and needs more attention and intervention from family, school and society.
