職業(yè)性慢性苯中毒患者微核檢測(cè)結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的探討職業(yè)性慢性苯中毒患者染色體損傷情況及其可能的影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣法,以50例職業(yè)性慢性苯中毒患者為慢性苯中毒組,以53名無職業(yè)接觸苯及其他有毒物質(zhì)的工人為對(duì)照組。對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和血常規(guī)檢測(cè),采用胞質(zhì)分裂阻滯微核法進(jìn)行微核率檢測(cè)。結(jié)果慢性苯中毒組患者周圍血紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血紅蛋白水平、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血小板計(jì)數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)均低于對(duì)照組(P0.01),淋巴細(xì)胞微核率高于對(duì)照組(均值:6.26‰vs 3.91‰,P0.01),微核率偏高的比例高于對(duì)照組(46.0%vs 5.7%,P0.01);多因素Poisson回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,在排除性別、年齡、吸煙、飲酒和職業(yè)性苯接觸工齡的影響后,脫離苯接觸年限是慢性苯中毒組患者微核率的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論職業(yè)性慢性苯中毒可導(dǎo)致患者淋巴細(xì)胞染色體損傷增加;脫離苯接觸時(shí)間與染色體損傷呈正相關(guān)。
