【摘要】：目的研究不同階段母乳中唾液酸(sialic acid,SA)和鐵的含量,為乳兒喂養(yǎng)和輔食添加及其神經(jīng)發(fā)育評估提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集473份母乳(初乳191份,過渡乳115份,成熟乳109份和晚乳58份),母乳SA水平檢測采用神經(jīng)氨酸苷酶法,鐵檢測采用亞鐵嗪法。組間SA水平比較采用方差分析,鐵的比較采用非參數(shù)檢驗,相關(guān)性采用Pearson相關(guān)分析法。結(jié)果初乳SA平均濃度(1671.8±641.6)mg/L;過渡乳(1398.1±390.8)mg/L;成熟乳(419.5±292.0)mg/L,fi乳(262.8±80.9)mg/L,初乳SA水平顯著高于過渡乳,過渡乳SA水平顯著高于成熟乳,后者又顯著高于fi乳(F=5.55,P=0.001)。初乳鐵含量中位數(shù)0.07 mg/L,過渡乳0.09mg/L,成熟乳0.17 mg/L,fi乳0.21mg/L,初乳鐵含量顯著低于過渡乳(Z=2.61,P=0.009),過渡乳又顯著低于成熟乳(Z=6.30,P0.001),后者又顯著低于fi乳(Z=2.87,P=0.004)。母乳中SA含量與月齡負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.677,P0.001),鐵含量與月齡正相關(guān)(r=0.333,P0.001)。結(jié)論母乳中SA濃度隨著月齡的增加逐漸下降,而鐵的含量隨著日齡的增加逐漸增高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the contents of sialic acid SA and iron in breast milk at different stages, and to provide scientific basis for infant feeding and supplementary food supplementation and their neurodevelopmental evaluation. Methods 473 human milk samples (191 colostrum, 115 transitional milk, 109 mature milk and 58 late milk) were collected. ANOVA was used to compare SA level among groups, non parametric test was used to compare iron, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze correlation. Results the mean concentration of SA in colostrum was (1671.8 鹵641.6) mg / L, that in transitional milk was (1398.1 鹵390.8) mg / L, and that in mature milk was (419.5 鹵292.0) mg / L, (262.8 鹵80.9) mg / L, the SA level in colostrum was significantly higher than that in transitional milk, and the SA level in transitional milk was significantly higher than that in mature milk, which was significantly higher than that in fi milk. The median iron content was 0.07 mg / L in colostrum, 0.09 mg / L in transitional milk, 0.21 mg / L in mature milk 0.17 mg / L fi milk. The iron content in colostrum milk was significantly lower than that in transitional milk (Z _ (2.61) P ~ (+) _ (0.009), and that in transitional milk was significantly lower than that in mature milk (Z _ (6.30) P _ (0.001), and the latter was significantly lower than that in fi (Z _ (2.87) P _ (0.004). The content of SA in breast milk was negatively correlated with age (r = 0.677p 0.001), and the content of iron was positively correlated with age (r = 0.333P 0.001). Conclusion the concentration of SA in breast milk decreases gradually with the increase of age, while the content of iron increases with the increase of age.
