【摘要】：目的對(duì)2013年北京部分市售整雞樣品中沙門(mén)菌和彎曲菌的定量污染水平、沙門(mén)菌血清型和彎曲菌種水平分布進(jìn)行研究。方法 2013年5—7月采集北京市售整雞樣品33份,進(jìn)行樣品中沙門(mén)菌和彎曲菌的定量檢測(cè),并分別對(duì)沙門(mén)菌和彎曲菌進(jìn)行血清分型和種水平鑒定。結(jié)果 19個(gè)樣品檢出沙門(mén)菌,檢出率為57.6%;5個(gè)樣品檢出彎曲菌,檢出率為15.2%;陽(yáng)性樣品中沙門(mén)菌和彎曲菌平均污染水平分別為119.4 MPN/100g和58.6 CFU/g。分離出的166株沙門(mén)菌被鑒定為14種血清型,最常見(jiàn)的為腸炎沙門(mén)菌,其次為印第安納沙門(mén)菌。從同一樣品中分離到共11種2個(gè)以上不同血清型組合的沙門(mén)菌,最常見(jiàn)的血清型組合為腸炎-印第安納沙門(mén)菌。結(jié)論 2013年5—7月北京部分市售整雞中沙門(mén)菌污染率較高、污染水平嚴(yán)重、血清型復(fù)雜。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quantitative contamination levels of Salmonella and Campylobacter, the distribution of Salmonella serotype and campylobacter species in some chicken samples sold in Beijing in 2013. Methods 33 chicken samples were collected from Beijing from May to July, 2013. Salmonella and Campylobacter in the samples were detected quantitatively, and the serotyping and species identification of Salmonella and Campylobacter were carried out respectively. Results Salmonella was detected in 19 samples, and campylobacter was detected in 5 samples. The average contamination levels of Salmonella and Campylobacter in positive samples were 119.4 MPN/100g and 58.6 CFU / g, respectively. 166 strains of Salmonella were identified as 14 serotypes, the most common of which was Salmonella enteritidis, followed by Indiana Salmonella. A total of 11 different serotype combinations of Salmonella were isolated from the same sample. The most common serotype combination was Salmonella enteritidis. Conclusion the contamination rate of salmonella is high, the pollution level is serious, and the serotype is complex in some whole chickens sold in Beijing from May to July 2013.
