【摘要】：正近幾年來,由于藥物米非司酮的問世,在終止早孕的研究上有了突破性進(jìn)展,有研究顯示:在終止妊娠7周內(nèi)的早孕上,前列腺素與米非司酮配伍使用可達(dá)到90%以上的成功率[1,2],并且用藥時(shí)間和臨床療效之間存在顯著相關(guān)性,但同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)部分病人存在出血時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),出血多,需急診清宮等亟待解決的問題。因此,為進(jìn)一步研究藥物使用與陰道出血量和妊娠周數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,本研究通過常規(guī)陰道超聲檢查,在服藥前對(duì)早孕者進(jìn)行快速診斷監(jiān)測(cè),評(píng)
[Abstract]:In recent years, because of the advent of mifepristone, there has been a breakthrough in the study of termination of early pregnancy. The success rate of combination of prostaglandin and mifepristone was more than 90%, and there was a significant correlation between the time of treatment and the clinical effect. However, some patients also had longer bleeding time and more bleeding. Urgent problems need to be solved, such as emergency cleaning of the palace. Therefore, in order to further study the relationship between drug use and vaginal bleeding and the number of weeks of pregnancy, this study conducted a rapid diagnosis and monitoring of early pregnancy before taking drugs by routine vaginal ultrasound.
