【摘要】：目的分析廣西崇左市1950—2015年瘧疾防制效果,為今后瘧疾防制提供依據(jù)。方法收集整理崇左市各市縣區(qū)1950—2015年歷年瘧疾防制資料,采用Excel軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和圖表制作。結(jié)果崇左市五十年代存在4種瘧原蟲流行及4種傳瘧媒介,屬于瘧疾高度混合流行區(qū),并以惡性瘧病例為主,當(dāng)?shù)鼐用癔懠膊±龜?shù)報(bào)告最多的1953年為52 422例,人群發(fā)病率為635.30/10萬(wàn);經(jīng)過30年的瘧疾防制后,1979年瘧疾病例下降至1 127例,發(fā)病率為62.00/10萬(wàn);1991年后在當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裰形窗l(fā)現(xiàn)惡性瘧病例,2000年后未發(fā)現(xiàn)間日瘧病例。自1980年開始當(dāng)?shù)爻霈F(xiàn)流動(dòng)人口瘧疾病例,八十年代和九十年代在國(guó)內(nèi)感染的瘧疾病例占78.42%,近5年在國(guó)外感染的病例占93.75%,其中73.33%的病例在東南亞國(guó)家感染。結(jié)論崇左市當(dāng)?shù)鼐用癔懠策_(dá)到國(guó)家消除瘧疾標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但仍然受到輸入性瘧疾威脅,需繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of malaria control from 1950 to 2015 in Chongzuo, Guangxi, and to provide evidence for malaria control in the future. Methods the data of malaria control and control in cities and counties of Chongzuo City from 1950 to 2015 were collected and analyzed with Excel software. Results in the 1950s, there were four malaria parasites and four malaria vectors in Chongzuo city, which belonged to a highly malaria-endemic area, with falciparum malaria cases mainly reported. The most reported malaria cases in the local population were 52,422 cases in 1953. After 30 years of malaria control, the incidence of malaria decreased to 1,127 cases in 1979, and the incidence rate was 62.00% / 100 000. There were no falciparum malaria cases in local residents after 1991, and no vivax malaria cases were found after 2000. Since 1980, there have been floating population malaria cases in the local population. In the 1980s and 1990s, 78.42 malaria cases were infected in China, and in the last five years, 93.7575 cases were infected abroad, among which 73.33% cases were infected in Southeast Asian countries. Conclusion the malaria of local residents in Chongzuo city meets the national standard of malaria elimination, but it is still threatened by imported malaria, so it is necessary to strengthen surveillance and control.
