【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查某市地鐵站空氣微生物濃度及分布狀況,并對其影響因素進行分析。方法:依據(jù)《公共場所衛(wèi)生檢驗方法》,隨機抽取該市的5個地鐵站,對其空氣微生物分布狀況、溫度、濕度、人流量進行調(diào)查,并對空氣微生物種類進行鑒定分析。結果:站臺、站廳、車廂細菌總數(shù)合格率均為100%,細菌總數(shù)分布表現(xiàn)為車廂、站廳站臺地面。站臺、站廳、車廂真菌總數(shù)合格率分別為72%、60%、50%,真菌總數(shù)分布表現(xiàn)為地鐵內(nèi)部(站臺、站廳、車廂)菌落總數(shù)都大于地面。細菌總數(shù)、真菌總數(shù)與人流量的相關系數(shù)分別為0.719、0.344(P0.05)。細菌中優(yōu)勢菌為葡萄球菌屬,真菌中優(yōu)勢菌為曲霉菌屬和青霉菌屬。結論:該市地鐵內(nèi)部細菌污染程度較輕,但真菌污染程度較嚴重,且空氣微生物濃度與人流量密切相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the concentration and distribution of microorganism in air in a subway station and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: according to the method of hygienic inspection in public places, 5 subway stations in the city were randomly selected to investigate the distribution, temperature, humidity and flow rate of microbes in the air, and to identify and analyze the species of microbes in the air. Results: the qualified rate of bacteria in platform, hall and compartment was 100. The qualified rate of the total number of fungi in the platform, the station hall, and the carriage was 722 / 605 / 50, respectively. The total number of fungi distributed in the subway (platform, station, carriage) was larger than that on the ground. The correlation coefficients between the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi and the population flow were 0.719 ~ 0.344 (P0.05). The dominant bacteria in bacteria are Staphylococcus, and the dominant bacteria in fungi are Aspergillus and Penicillium. Conclusion: the degree of bacterial contamination in subway is relatively light, but the degree of fungal contamination is serious, and the concentration of microorganism in air is closely related to the flow of people.
