【摘要】：目的:了解孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查在優(yōu)生優(yōu)育中的臨床應(yīng)用意義。方法:隨機(jī)選取148對(duì)夫婦實(shí)施免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生檢查,并對(duì)接受檢查夫婦的臨床資料展開(kāi)回顧性分析。結(jié)果:年齡、體重指數(shù)、有無(wú)服用葉酸、乙肝五項(xiàng)異常等均屬于影響優(yōu)生優(yōu)育的關(guān)鍵因素,需加強(qiáng)對(duì)計(jì)劃懷孕夫婦進(jìn)行孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查,并實(shí)施針對(duì)性干預(yù)。結(jié)論:孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查可降低出生缺陷與不良妊娠結(jié)局,提高生育質(zhì)量,更有利于優(yōu)生優(yōu)育。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of pre-pregnancy health examination in eugenics. Methods: 148 couples were randomly selected to perform free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination, and the clinical data of the couples were analyzed retrospectively. Results: age, body mass index (BMI), folic acid intake and hepatitis B were the key factors affecting eugenics. It was necessary to strengthen the pre-pregnancy health examination of planned pregnant couples and to carry out targeted intervention. Conclusion: health examination before pregnancy can reduce birth defects and adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve reproductive quality, and be more conducive to eugenics.
