麗水市食源性腹瀉患者諾如病毒感染檢測分析

【摘要】：目的探討麗水市食源性腹瀉患者中諾如病毒的流行情況、分布特征及基因型。方法采用實時逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(real-time RT-PCR)法對麗水市2014年7月-2015年6月共計417例食源性腹瀉患者的糞便進行檢測。結(jié)果諾如病毒RNA陽性61例,檢出率為14.63%(61/417),其中GⅠ型2例,占3.28%(2/61),GⅡ型59例,占96.72%(59/61)。麗水市諾如病毒主要在秋、冬季高發(fā),陽性患者主要分布在5歲~組、25歲~組。結(jié)論諾如病毒是麗水市食源性腹瀉的重要病原體,以GⅡ型為主,流行具有季節(jié)性,5歲~45歲有較高的陽性分布。
