韶關(guān)市2006—2015年職業(yè)病報(bào)告分析

【摘要】:目的分析韶關(guān)市2006—2015年職業(yè)病發(fā)病特點(diǎn)及趨勢(shì)。方法對(duì)職業(yè)病網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報(bào)系統(tǒng)登記的韶關(guān)市2006—2015年職業(yè)病資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果韶關(guān)市2006—2015年共有職業(yè)病420例,其中職業(yè)性塵肺病398例,職業(yè)性砷化氫中毒12例,職業(yè)性鉛及其化合物中毒(不包括四乙基鉛中毒)8例,職業(yè)性高原病1例,職業(yè)性噪聲聾1例。2009—2011年職業(yè)病例數(shù)呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),2011年例數(shù)達(dá)到高峰,2011—2015年職業(yè)病例數(shù)呈逐年下降趨勢(shì)。職業(yè)性塵肺病病例中,新發(fā)且未晉期的病例148例(占37.19%),新發(fā)且晉期的病例16例(占4.02%),2006年前診斷且于2006—2015年晉期的病例234例(占58.79%)。塵肺病病例主要來源于國(guó)有或集體的采礦業(yè)(共占99.25%),塵肺病病種主要為煤工塵肺和矽肺(共占99.75%)。職業(yè)性化學(xué)中毒以群體性中毒事故為主。結(jié)論韶關(guān)市職業(yè)病防治形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,應(yīng)對(duì)采礦業(yè)職業(yè)性塵肺病進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)防控,并重點(diǎn)關(guān)注群體性職業(yè)性化學(xué)中毒事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics and trend of occupational diseases in Shaoguan City from 2006 to 2015. Methods the data of occupational diseases in Shaoguan City from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed. Results there were 420 cases of occupational diseases in Shaoguan from 2006 to 2015, including 398 cases of occupational pneumoconiosis, 12 cases of occupational hydrogen arsenide poisoning, 8 cases of occupational lead and its compound poisoning (excluding tetraethyl lead poisoning) and 1 case of occupational high altitude disease. Occupational noise deafness occurred in 1 case. The number of occupational cases increased year by year from 2009 to 2011, and the number of occupational cases reached its peak in 2011. The number of occupational cases in 2011-2015 showed a decreasing trend year by year. Among the cases of occupational pneumoconiosis, 148 cases (37.19%) were new and undeveloped cases, 16 cases (4.02%) were new cases, 234 cases (58.79%) were diagnosed before 2006 and in 2006-2015. The cases of pneumoconiosis mainly come from state-owned or collective mining industry (99.25%), and the main types of pneumoconiosis are coal workers' pneumoconiosis and silicosis (99.75%). Occupational chemical poisoning was mainly caused by group poisoning. Conclusion the situation of occupational disease prevention and control in Shaoguan City is severe. It is necessary to prevent and control occupational pneumoconiosis in mining industry and pay more attention to the occurrence of occupational chemical poisoning accidents.
