【摘要】：目的分析陶瓷企業(yè)粉塵作業(yè)工人高千伏X射線胸片和肺功能檢查結(jié)果異常情況及其影響因素。方法采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,選取佛山市三水區(qū)3家陶瓷企業(yè)從事粉塵作業(yè)的3 076名工人為調(diào)查對(duì)象。收集其工作場(chǎng)所空氣中粉塵危害檢測(cè)結(jié)果和肺功能、高千伏X射線胸片檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果陶瓷企業(yè)工作場(chǎng)所總粉塵的時(shí)間加權(quán)平均濃度(CTWA)超標(biāo)率為18.26%,呼吸性粉塵CTWA超標(biāo)率為10.43%。調(diào)查對(duì)象肺功能異常檢出率為16.38%(504/3 076),高千伏X射線胸片異常檢出率為26.17%(805/3 076)。出現(xiàn)高千伏胸片異常的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在男性工人高于女性(P0.01),年齡越大者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越高(P0.01),工齡≥5.0年者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于工齡5.0年者(P0.01);女性工人出現(xiàn)肺功能異常的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于男性(P0.01)。結(jié)論陶瓷企業(yè)粉塵可導(dǎo)致工人肺部損傷,性別、年齡和工齡是協(xié)同影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the abnormal results of X-ray chest radiography and pulmonary function examination in workers exposed to dust in ceramic enterprises and its influencing factors. Methods 3 076 workers of 3 ceramic enterprises in Sanshui District of Foshan City were selected by cluster random sampling. The results of dust hazard and lung function in workplace air were collected and analyzed by high kilovolt X-ray chest radiography. Results the time weighted average concentration (CTWA) of total dust in the workplace of ceramic enterprises was 18.26 and that of respiratory dust was 10.43. The detectable rate of abnormal pulmonary function was 16.38% (504 / 3 076) and that of chest radiographs of high kilovolt was 26.17% (805 / 3 076). The risk of abnormal chest radiographs in male workers was higher than that in women (P0.01), and higher in older workers (P0.01). The risk of abnormal lung function in female workers was higher than that in those with 5.0 years of service (P0.01), and the risk of abnormal lung function in female workers was higher than that in men (P0.01). Conclusion Dust in ceramic enterprises can cause lung injury in workers. Sex, age and length of service are the synergistic factors.
