【摘要】：目的探討影響廣州大學(xué)城女大學(xué)生乳房保健意識的因素。方法通過立意抽樣法,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查問卷對廣州大學(xué)城598名本科女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 528名(88.3%)女大學(xué)生認(rèn)為生活、學(xué)習(xí)、情感等壓力對乳房健康有影響。334名(55.8%)女大學(xué)生不了解月經(jīng)周期與乳房不適的關(guān)系。145名(24.2%)女大學(xué)生未感到乳房異常,193名(32.3%)女大學(xué)生有時(shí)感到乳房異常。乳房保健情況方面,514名(86.0%)女大學(xué)生未定期進(jìn)行乳房檢查,僅5名(0.8%)女大學(xué)生定期進(jìn)行乳房檢查。147名(24.6%)女大學(xué)生了解乳房保健方法;357名(59.7%)女大學(xué)生平時(shí)未進(jìn)行乳房保健按摩;僅23名(3.8%)女大學(xué)生開展過乳腺自查(BSE)。185名(30.9%)女大學(xué)生購買內(nèi)衣時(shí)不試穿,519名(86.8%)女大學(xué)生了解自己的內(nèi)衣尺碼,86名(14.4%)女大學(xué)生不了解內(nèi)衣穿戴的正確方式,83名(13.9%)女大學(xué)生有穿著內(nèi)衣睡覺的習(xí)慣。年齡、專業(yè)性質(zhì)、是否接受過乳房健康教育、調(diào)查前是否知道乳腺癌、調(diào)查前是否了解BSE、有無接受BSE相關(guān)指導(dǎo)為女大學(xué)生是否開展BSE的影響因素。結(jié)論女大學(xué)生乳房保健意識薄弱,乳房保健相關(guān)知識較為缺乏,高校應(yīng)開展形式多樣的乳房健康教育,以提高女大學(xué)生乳房保健意識,促進(jìn)女大學(xué)生乳房健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the factors influencing breast health awareness of female college students in Guangzhou University City. Methods 598 female undergraduate students in Guangzhou University Town were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire and the data were statistically analyzed. Results 528 (88.3%) female college students thought that they lived and studied, There were 334 (55.8%) female college students who did not understand the relationship between menstrual cycle and breast discomfort. 145 (24.2%) female college students did not feel breast abnormality. 193 (32.3%) female college students sometimes felt breast abnormality. 514 (86.0%) female college students did not carry out breast examination regularly. Only 5 (0.8%) female college students had regular breast examination. 357 (59.7%) female college students did not perform breast health massage at ordinary times. Only 23 (3.8%) female college students have conducted breast self-examination (BSE) .185 (30.9%) female college students do not try on wearing underwear 519 (86.8%) female college students know their underwear size 86 (14.4%) female college students do not understand the correct way of wearing underwear 83 (13.9%) female students Students have a habit of sleeping in underwear. Age, specialty, breast health education, breast cancer before investigation, BSEs before investigation, and BSE related guidance were the influencing factors of BSE for female college students. Conclusion female college students have weak awareness of breast health care and lack of knowledge about breast health care. In order to improve the awareness of breast health care and promote breast health of female college students, colleges and universities should carry out various breast health education.
