【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高,蔬菜大棚生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)成為設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。蔬菜大棚生產(chǎn)打破了傳統(tǒng)按季節(jié)生產(chǎn)的慣例,不僅在蔬菜周年生產(chǎn)和均衡供應(yīng)中起著重要作用,還提高了土地資源利用率和農(nóng)民收入水平。但是,由于大棚較為密閉的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境、生產(chǎn)過程中化肥和農(nóng)藥投施超量以及連作的生產(chǎn)方式給大棚菜農(nóng)造成一系列危害身體健康的因素,大棚菜農(nóng)頻發(fā)“大棚病”,成為一個不可回避的社會問題。本文通過訪談和典型調(diào)查兩種形式,在山西省范圍內(nèi)共計發(fā)放293份問卷,收回問卷276份,有效率為94.20%。根據(jù)樣本數(shù)據(jù),了解農(nóng)戶基本情況、蔬菜大棚種植情況和農(nóng)戶健康狀況,計算蔬菜大棚成本及收益、“大棚病”醫(yī)療費用支出。最后,運用投入產(chǎn)出法量化分析大棚菜農(nóng)從業(yè)意愿,在蔬菜大棚投入中不僅包括固定成本和可變成本,還包括治療“大棚病”的醫(yī)療投入。分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),“大棚病”導(dǎo)致菜農(nóng)從業(yè)壽命縮短,收入水平降低；身體健康狀況變差,幸福指數(shù)降低；潛在從業(yè)者的從業(yè)積極性降低等不良影響。因此,“大棚病”不僅影響菜農(nóng)身體健康,而且挫傷菜農(nóng)從業(yè)積極性,嚴重阻礙蔬菜大棚的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為提高菜農(nóng)從業(yè)積極性,實現(xiàn)蔬菜大棚的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文從經(jīng)濟學(xué)視角和社會學(xué)視角兩個方面提出有效解決“大棚病”的對策建議,主要包括：蔬菜大棚適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,加大政府財政補貼和扶持力度,加大科技創(chuàng)新和推廣力度；完善醫(yī)療保障體系,完善相關(guān)法律制度,提高大棚菜農(nóng)防范意識等。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern agricultural science and technology, vegetable greenhouse production has become an important part of facility agriculture production. Vegetable greenhouse production breaks the tradition of seasonal production. It not only plays an important role in the annual production and balanced supply of vegetables, but also improves the utilization rate of land resources and the income level of farmers. However, due to the relatively closed production environment in the greenhouse, excessive application of chemical fertilizer and pesticides in the production process and a series of factors harmful to the health of the greenhouse vegetable farmers caused by the production mode of continuous cropping, greenhouse vegetable farmers frequently "shed disease". Become an unavoidable social problem. By means of interview and typical investigation, 293 questionnaires were sent out in Shanxi province and 276 questionnaires were collected. The effective rate was 94.20.4%. According to the sample data, the basic situation of farmers, the planting situation of vegetable greenhouse and the health status of farmers were understood, and the cost and income of vegetable shed were calculated, and the medical expenses of "greenhouse disease" were calculated. Finally, using input-output method, quantitative analysis of greenhouse vegetable farmers' willingness to engage in employment, in vegetable shed input not only includes fixed cost and variable cost, but also includes the treatment of "greenhouse disease" medical input. The results showed that "greenhouse disease" resulted in shortened life expectancy, lower income level, lower health status, lower happiness index, and lower employment enthusiasm of potential practitioners. Therefore, greenhouse disease not only affects the health of vegetable farmers, but also dampens the enthusiasm of vegetable farmers and seriously hinders the sustainable development of vegetable sheds. In order to improve the enthusiasm of vegetable farmers and realize the sustainable development of vegetable shed, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the "greenhouse disease" effectively from the angle of view of economics and sociology, mainly including: moderate scale management of vegetable shed. To increase government financial subsidies and support, to increase scientific and technological innovation and promotion, to improve the medical security system, to improve the relevant legal system, to improve the greenhouse vegetable farmers' awareness of prevention, and so on.
