嗜熱四膜蟲在評價珠江廣州段水體中的應用初探

【摘要】:目的探討嗜熱四膜蟲在水質監(jiān)測中的應用。方法采集廣州段幾處水體培養(yǎng)嗜熱四膜蟲,分析種群數(shù)量和世代時間的變化。同時測定水體中非生物環(huán)境因子,在此基礎上分析四膜蟲生物指標與水質指標的相關性。結果 (1)與對照組相比,四膜蟲生長速度呈中游下游上游的分布,世代時間呈上游下游中游分布,多重比較和聚類分析顯示中游與上、下游差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(2)生化需氧量中游為Ⅲ類標準,其他均超過Ⅴ類標準。溶解氧為Ⅱ~Ⅴ類水標準。氨氮超過Ⅴ類標準。高錳酸鹽指數(shù)為Ⅱ~Ⅴ類標準。中游的金屬元素為Ⅰ類標準,上游和下游的鉛、銅均為Ⅲ類標準,六價鉻超過Ⅴ類標準。石油類上游和中游低于標準限值(1 mg·L~(-1)),下游比標準限值高出1倍以上。(3)四膜蟲世代時間與五日生化需氧量、氨氮呈正相關(P0.05)。結論廣州段上游和下游受有機物、重金屬污染突出,下游石油類污染嚴重。四膜蟲的世代時間對該流域中的BOD5、氨氮指標有初步指示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application of Tetrahymena thermophilus in water quality monitoring. Methods Tetrahymena thermophila was collected from several water bodies in Guangzhou section, and the changes of population and generation time were analyzed. At the same time, the non-biologic environmental factors in water were determined, and the correlation between the biological index of Tetrahymena and the water quality index was analyzed. Results (1) compared with the control group, the growth rate of Tetrahymena was distributed in the upper and lower reaches of the middle and lower reaches, and the generation time was distributed in the upper and lower reaches. The multiple comparisons and cluster analysis showed that the growth rate of Tetrahymena was in the middle and upper reaches. The downstream difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (2).
