【摘要】：工作場(chǎng)所的二手煙暴露被認(rèn)為是二手煙暴露的重要來(lái)源。職業(yè)場(chǎng)所的二手煙暴露可對(duì)職業(yè)人群的健康造成嚴(yán)重影響,包括肺癌及其他呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病、心血管疾病。本文就二手煙暴露對(duì)職業(yè)人群健康危害和無(wú)煙立法帶來(lái)的健康效應(yīng)的研究進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果顯示,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究均證明無(wú)煙立法可有效減少職業(yè)人群二手煙暴露,降低其呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病和心血管系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)病率。近年來(lái),隨著相關(guān)工作場(chǎng)所和公共場(chǎng)所無(wú)煙立法的實(shí)施,關(guān)于無(wú)煙立法實(shí)施后對(duì)職業(yè)人群二手煙暴露及其健康效應(yīng)的影響逐漸成為國(guó)際上控?zé)燁I(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)職業(yè)人群二手煙暴露造成的不良健康影響方面的研究仍然比較缺乏,尤其是在無(wú)煙立法后帶來(lái)的健康效應(yīng)方面。需要未來(lái)的研究關(guān)注工作場(chǎng)所無(wú)煙立法對(duì)職業(yè)人群的健康效益,為全國(guó)性無(wú)煙立法的實(shí)施提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Second-hand smoke exposure in the workplace is considered an important source of secondhand smoke exposure. Exposure to secondhand smoke in the workplace can seriously affect the health of the occupational population, including lung cancer and other respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases. This paper analyzes and summarizes the health effects of secondhand smoke exposure on occupational health and smokeless legislation. The results show that smokeless legislation can effectively reduce secondhand smoke exposure and reduce the incidence of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, with the implementation of smoke-free legislation in related workplaces and public places, the influence of smokeless legislation on the second-hand smoke exposure and its health effects of the occupational population has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of smoking control. However, there is still a lack of research on the adverse health effects of secondhand smoke exposure in China, especially on the health effects of smoke-free legislation. Future research is needed to focus on the health benefits of smoke-free legislation in the workplace and provide data support for the implementation of national smoke-free legislation.
