【摘要】：目的:探究鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)對秀麗隱桿線蟲的壽命、生殖毒性和神經(jīng)毒性的影響。方法:將L2期秀麗隱桿線蟲暴露于DBP 32.5、131、522 mg/L 3個濃度組、DMSO溶劑對照組和空白對照組中,測定線蟲壽命、生殖能力、移動能力和吞咽頻率的變化。結(jié)果:DBP暴露導致秀麗隱桿線蟲的壽命縮短,生殖能力下降,移動能力減慢,吞咽頻率降低,且存在劑量依賴關(guān)系。結(jié)論:DBP暴露縮短線蟲壽命,造成生殖毒性和神經(jīng)毒性影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) on life span, reproductive toxicity and neurotoxicity of cryptospira elegans. Methods: the L2 nematodes were exposed to DMSO solvent control group and blank control group with DBP 32.5131522 mg / L, and the changes of life span, reproductive ability, mobility and swallowing frequency of nematodes were measured. Results the life span, reproductive ability, mobility and swallowing frequency of the nematode were shortened, and the frequency of swallowing was decreased in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion the life span of nematodes was shortened and the reproductive toxicity and neurotoxicity were affected by the exposure of 10% DBP.
