【摘要】：目的對2014年銀川市麻疹-流行性腮腺炎-風(fēng)疹聯(lián)合減毒活疫苗補充免疫活動進行評價。方法利用預(yù)防接種相關(guān)單位上報的補充免疫活動資料、現(xiàn)場調(diào)查資料、疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)報告的疫情數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計局人口資料等,對其進行分析評價。結(jié)果補充免疫活動期間全市共摸底4~8周歲目標(biāo)兒童120 829名,實種人數(shù)118 002名,報告接種率97.66%;估算接種率和評估調(diào)查接種率分別為95.48%和99.79%;異常反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為0.85/10萬劑,目標(biāo)兒童麻疹、流行性腮腺炎和風(fēng)疹報告發(fā)病率降幅分別為75.28%、84.45%和38.42%。結(jié)論此次補充免疫報告接種率達到方案要求指標(biāo),目標(biāo)兒童麻疹、流行性腮腺炎和風(fēng)疹發(fā)病得到有效控制,補充免疫活動效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the supplementary immunization activities of measles-mumps-rubella combined attenuated live vaccine in Yinchuan in 2014. Methods the data of supplementary immunization activities, field investigation, epidemic situation data reported by the disease prevention and control information system and population data of the Bureau of Statistics were used to analyze and evaluate them. Results during the supplementary immunization activities, 120,829 target children and 118,002 children aged 4 years old were mapped out in the city, the reported vaccination rate was 97.66, the estimated vaccination rate and the coverage rate of the evaluation survey were 95.48% and 99.79 respectively, and the incidence of abnormal reaction was 0.85% / 100 000, respectively. The reported incidence of measles, mumps and rubella in target children decreased by 75.284.45% and 38.42%, respectively. Conclusion the coverage rate of the supplementary immunization report is up to the target targets. The incidence of measles, mumps and rubella in the target children is effectively controlled, and supplementary immunization activities are effective.
