【摘要】：目的了解石家莊市社區(qū)老年人跌倒的發(fā)生情況,并評價(jià)預(yù)防老年人跌倒干預(yù)措施的效果。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法,于2012年隨機(jī)抽取石家莊市橋西區(qū)維明社區(qū)60歲及以上、居住至少滿1年的836名老年人作為調(diào)查對象,進(jìn)行基線調(diào)查,然后每年對社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行預(yù)防跌倒的社區(qū)綜合干預(yù),2015年再次對相同社區(qū)老年人的跌倒情況進(jìn)行隨訪調(diào)查。結(jié)果干預(yù)后跌倒發(fā)生率(5.7%)低于干預(yù)前(11.6%);干預(yù)后調(diào)查對象關(guān)于"跌倒可以預(yù)防","老年人選擇老花鏡時(shí)是否需要驗(yàn)光后購買","老年人跌倒后是否應(yīng)該馬上扶起"的知曉率均高于干預(yù)前(均有P0.001),干預(yù)后調(diào)查對象在預(yù)防跌倒相關(guān)行為中關(guān)于"采取措施預(yù)防跌倒","沒有因?yàn)閾?dān)心跌倒而減少自己的日�；顒踊蜻\(yùn)動"比例均高于干預(yù)前(均有P0.001)。結(jié)論對社區(qū)老年人實(shí)施社區(qū)綜合干預(yù)能夠提高老年人預(yù)防跌倒知識知曉率及相關(guān)行為比例,并能有效降低跌倒的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of elderly fall in community in Shijiazhuang City and evaluate the effect of intervention measures. Methods A total of 836 elderly people aged 60 years or older and living for at least one year in Weiming Community, Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, were randomly selected by stratified random sampling method in 2012 to carry out baseline investigation. The elderly in the same community were followed up again in 2015. Results the incidence of fall after intervention was lower than that before intervention (11.6a). The survey subjects after intervention knew that "fall can be prevented", "should the elderly choose presbyopia to buy after optometry", and "should the elderly should be picked up immediately after falling"? The rate of success was higher than that before intervention (P 0.001). The rate of "taking measures to prevent fall" and "not reducing their daily activities or exercise due to fear of falling" were higher than those before intervention (all P 0.001). Conclusion the community comprehensive intervention can increase the awareness rate of knowledge and related behaviors of the elderly and reduce the incidence of fall effectively.
