不同泌乳期人乳磷脂成分的研究

【摘要】:目的·獲得上海地區(qū)部分人乳磷脂成分的最新數(shù)據(jù),比較不同泌乳期人乳磷脂成分的差異。方法·招募上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬新華醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科2016年4—7月足月分娩的健康產(chǎn)婦。采集第3日的初乳、第10日的過渡乳、第45日的成熟乳,Folch法提取人乳脂肪后經(jīng)固相萃取分離磷脂,用高效液相色譜-可變波長(zhǎng)檢測(cè)器對(duì)磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰膽堿及鞘磷脂進(jìn)行定量分析。采用單因素方差分析和Games-Howell檢驗(yàn)比較不同泌乳階段人乳中磷脂成分的差異。結(jié)果·入選能提供至少1份母乳的乳母100名,共收集初乳70份、過渡乳96份、成熟乳82份。成熟乳總磷脂含量平均為(281.93±118.54)μg/g,明顯低于初乳的(381.99±205.90)μg/g;在泌乳期的各個(gè)階段,磷脂酰膽堿相對(duì)含量均最高(53.74%~59.36%),鞘磷脂相對(duì)含量其次(28.12%~32.74%);隨著泌乳期的延長(zhǎng),磷脂酰乙醇胺相對(duì)含量恒定(P=0.617),磷脂酰膽堿相對(duì)含量逐漸減少(P=0.000),而鞘磷脂相對(duì)含量逐漸增加(P=0.000)。結(jié)論·鞘磷脂和磷脂酰膽堿是人乳磷脂的主要成分;人乳磷脂含量隨泌乳期延長(zhǎng)而改變,成熟乳磷脂總量低于初乳和過渡乳;磷脂酰乙醇胺相對(duì)含量在各泌乳階段保持一致,磷脂酰膽堿相對(duì)含量逐漸減少,而鞘磷脂相對(duì)含量逐漸增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to obtain the latest data of human lactophospholipid in Shanghai and to compare the differences of human lactophospholipid in different lactation stages. Methods healthy puerperas were recruited from Xinhua Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College to give full term delivery from April to July 2016. The third day of colostrum, the 10th day of transition milk, and the 45 th day of mature milk Folch method were used to extract human milk fat and separate phospholipids by solid phase extraction. Phosphatidyl ethanolamine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-variable wavelength detector. Phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin were quantitatively analyzed. Single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Games-Howell test were used to compare the difference of phospholipid composition in different lactation stages. Results 100 nursing mothers were selected, including 70 colostrum, 96 transitional milk and 82 mature milk. The average content of total phospholipid in mature milk was 281.93 鹵118.54 渭 g / g, which was significantly lower than that in colostrum (381.99 鹵205.90) 渭 g / g. At all stages of lactation, the relative content of phosphatidylcholine reached the highest level (53.74 鹵59.36g), followed by the relative content of sphingomyelin (28.1232.744.74). When the relative content of phosphatidyl ethanolamine was constant, the relative content of phosphatidylcholine decreased gradually, while the relative content of sphingolipid increased. Conclusion sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine are the main components of human lactophospholipid, and the content of human lactic phospholipid changes with the prolongation of lactation period, and the total amount of mature lactic phospholipid is lower than that of colostrum and transitional milk. The relative content of phosphatidylcholine decreased gradually, while the relative content of sphingomyelin increased gradually.
