【摘要】：目的調(diào)查女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生知識、態(tài)度和行為,分析其影響因素,為開展女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生保健提供指導(dǎo)依據(jù)。方法于2015年1—12月隨機(jī)抽取重慶市6所高校女生共3 220人進(jìn)行經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生保健知識、態(tài)度和行為調(diào)查,分析其可能的影響因素。結(jié)果女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生知識水平較低,其經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生知識、態(tài)度和行為評分分別為(6.5±1.7)、(13.1±2.5)和(19.0±5.7)分,經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生知識回答正確率僅為46.7%,良好經(jīng)期態(tài)度和行為持有率分別為88.4%和74.3%;不同生源地、專業(yè)、年級學(xué)生經(jīng)期知識和行為評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);經(jīng)期有無不適癥狀、體質(zhì)狀況自我評價(jià)、家庭環(huán)境、經(jīng)期是否接受衛(wèi)生教育及經(jīng)濟(jì)條件是經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生行為的影響因素。結(jié)論重慶市女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生保健知識匱乏,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)經(jīng)期健康教育,促進(jìn)改變經(jīng)期不良衛(wèi)生行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health knowledge, attitude and behavior of female college students during menstrual period, and to analyze its influencing factors, and to provide guidance basis for the development of health care for female college students during menstrual period. Methods A total of 3 220 female students from 6 universities in Chongqing were randomly selected from January to December 2015 to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of menstrual health care, and to analyze the possible influencing factors. Results the level of health knowledge in menstrual period of female college students was lower. The scores of health knowledge, attitude and behavior of female college students in menstrual period were 6.5 鹵1.7 鹵2.5) and 19.0 鹵5.7 respectively. The correct answer rate of health knowledge in menstrual period was only 46.7%, and the holding rates of attitude and behavior in good menstrual period were 88.4% and 74.3%, respectively. Self-evaluation of physical condition, family environment, health education during menstruation and economic conditions are the influencing factors of menstrual hygiene behavior. Conclusion female college students in Chongqing lack knowledge of menstrual health care and should strengthen health education in menstrual period to promote the change of unhealthy health behavior during menstrual period.
