【摘要】：目前我國(guó)精神性疾病的發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),如何緩解精神性疾病越來(lái)越受到人們關(guān)注。研究表明,乳酸菌可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)腸道免疫功能、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)生神經(jīng)信號(hào)物質(zhì)、調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞激素等多種作用機(jī)制和途徑幫助維持人腦及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的正常功能。臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究表明,乳酸菌具有對(duì)自閉癥、抑郁癥、精神分裂癥、焦慮癥等多種精神性疾病的預(yù)防及緩解作用,使用乳酸菌輔助藥物治療已成為目前精神性疾病治療研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本文總結(jié)了乳酸菌對(duì)精神性疾病的有益作用及其作用機(jī)制,旨在為乳酸菌在該領(lǐng)域的科研和應(yīng)用提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the incidence of mental diseases in China is increasing year by year, and how to alleviate mental diseases has attracted more and more attention. Studies have shown that lactic acid bacteria can help maintain the normal function of human brain and nervous system by regulating intestinal immune function, promoting the production of nerve signaling substances, regulating endocrine cell hormones and other mechanisms and pathways. Clinical medical studies have shown that lactic acid bacteria can prevent and relieve many psychiatric disorders, such as autism, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety disorder, etc. The use of lactic acid bacteria adjuvant drug therapy has become one of the research hotspots in the treatment of psychiatric diseases. This paper summarizes the beneficial effect of lactic acid bacteria on mental diseases and its mechanism in order to provide reference and reference for the scientific research and application of lactic acid bacteria in this field.
