【摘要】：目的調(diào)查我國青春期在校女生月經(jīng)初潮情況及初潮后月經(jīng)模式的變化規(guī)律。方法采用分階段整群抽樣,對(duì)全國8個(gè)省城市和農(nóng)村的5 981例小學(xué)五年級(jí)到高中三年級(jí)的女生進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助的自填問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)我國在校青春期女生月經(jīng)初潮情況及初潮后月經(jīng)模式的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果共調(diào)查5 981例女生,平均月經(jīng)初潮年齡為(12.7±0.0)歲,城市及農(nóng)村女生初潮年齡分別為(12.4±0.0)歲和(13.0±0.0)歲(P0.01)。月經(jīng)初潮到月經(jīng)規(guī)律平均間隔時(shí)間為(1.2±0.0)年。按月經(jīng)初潮后不同時(shí)間分層分析顯示初潮后隨時(shí)間推移規(guī)律周期比例無明顯變化(P=0.33);經(jīng)期4~7 d、經(jīng)量適中的女生比例逐漸增加(P0.01);痛經(jīng)發(fā)生率逐漸增加(P0.01),痛經(jīng)程度逐漸加重(P0.01)。結(jié)論城市女生月經(jīng)初潮年齡較農(nóng)村女生提前0.6年;初潮1年后規(guī)律月經(jīng)周期比例隨時(shí)間推移無明顯變化,經(jīng)期及經(jīng)量逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾猿墒炫阅Ｊ?痛經(jīng)比例及中重度痛經(jīng)比例逐年增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the menarche of puberty schoolgirls and the change of menstrual pattern after menarche. Methods A total of 5 981 female students from the fifth grade to the third grade of senior middle school in 8 provinces and cities of China were investigated by computer assisted self-filling questionnaire. To summarize the menarche of puberty girls and the change of menarche pattern. Results A total of 5 981 female students were investigated. The mean menarche age was 12. 7 鹵0. 0 years old. The mean menarche age was 12. 4 鹵0. 0 years and 13. 0 鹵0. 0 years old in urban and rural areas, respectively. The mean interval between menarche and menstruation was 1.2 鹵0.0years. According to the stratification analysis of different time after menarche, there was no obvious change in the proportion of regular cycle with the passage of time after menarche, the proportion of female students with moderate menstrual volume increased gradually, the incidence of dysmenorrhea increased gradually, and the degree of dysmenorrhea increased gradually. Conclusion the menarche age of urban girls is 0.6 years earlier than that of rural girls, and the proportion of regular menstrual cycles after one year of menarche does not change obviously with time, and the menstrual period and menstrual volume gradually change to the female model of sexual maturity. The proportion of dysmenorrhea and moderate and severe dysmenorrhea increased year by year.
